The house occupies a stunning position on a hill where privacy and relaxation is guaranteed. Private pool of 8m x 4m with roman steps. Very recommended for families with children. The whole property is built in the same level with no steps or stairs. Less than 15 minutes car driving to some of the most privileged beaches in the Mediterranean. 8 km to the old town of Alcudia and 10 km to the marina of Puerto Pollensa. Completely equipped to a high standard. Very spacious, comfortable and well illuminated with large windows along the front side of the property. All year available. Central heating and air conditioning. Broadband internet connection included (Wi-fi).

Alcúdia is located to the north of Majorca, between two bays that form some of the most privileged beaches of the Mediterranean. There are for all the pleasures: of fine sand, of songs rollings, extensive, small...

The market of Alcudia is one of the most important of the island by its atmosphere and the great amount of products for sale: fruits, vegetables, shoes, clothes, souvenirs, African products, hippies art, braids, clothes of bed, small animals. The market occupies great part of the historic centre of Alcudia, next to the Walls and near the Roman city of Pollentia.

The living area is very spacious and comfortable. Its infront extra large glass windows offer breathtaking views to the Bay of Pollensa creating a very relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Air Conditioning in Master double bedroom and living area. Central Heating (radiators throughout the house). Broadband internet connection included (Wi-fi). All year available.

In June, July and August the changeover day will be on Saturday. Rest of months flexible.

Check-in 3 pm, Check-out 10 am.

Towels and linen included, even for the pool. 3 times per week towels reposed, linen once.

To proceed to book the house is required a deposit of the 25% from the total amount to ensure the reservation. The remaining fee will be paid on the day of arrival. In case of cancellation the deposit will be completely reimbursed, minimum 90 days before the arrival.

Hi Tomas. We have just arrived home and wanted to let you know that we had a very relaxing, lovely and enjoyable holiday at Ca'n Gabi! We really didn't want to come home - it has already rained since we arrived home two hours ago! Everything was perfect and Maria is absolutely lovely and worked really hard around the house and pool to make everything perfect for us. Many thanks.
