About the home

New apartment in a calm and ideal location.100 s.q. 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen. Ready for guests. Air conditioned everywhere. TV and DVD. Max. 6 persons . Fantastic sea views. Car is not at all necessary. The beach is within 100m away. To the front of the apartment are boats giving excursions to the North coast. Within 100 meters you have all you need including restaurants, pharmacy, banks, bars, club nautical and car rental etc.Puerto Alcudia is a very famous place for summer and winter holidays. The beach is almost 14km of white sand. It is a real paradise in Mallorca Island.The apartment is 1 km from the golf course (18 holes)

The Mallorca/Majorca region

One of the most popular holiday destinations in the Mediterranean, Majorca attracts millions of white skinned northern Europeans every summer. Its reliability of sunshine, attractive beaches and tourist infrastructure are the most important reasons for this, but the island has much more to offer. It has unbeatable ports and harbours, its interior is often beautiful, it is a first-rate walking holiday destination and it has been considered a good choice for a "romantic" getaway ever since Frederic Chopin and George Sand spent a couple of months there.

The Alcudia / Port Alcudia area

The beach at Alcudia bay is one of the longest on the island. The area has become a very popular place, and is well suited for families with children.From the Port D'alcudia you can take boat trips around parts of the island and also catch a ferry to Menorca and also Barcelona, on a daily basis.The port has classier establishments lining the harbour. There are also nice shops along the harbour where you can buy porcelain, jewellery and the like. The harbour is pedestrianized and beautiful to walk along in the early evening. Every Sunday and Tuesday there is a market in the old town of Alcudia.All along the white sandy beach you can rent pedaloes, parasails, banana boats, tubes and the like. The sea is very shallow for a long time making it ideal for small kids, and there is little, if any, tide. There are also bars/restaurants at regular intervals right on the beach. As the beach moves south it gets quieter but the sea is less calm as you move south.
