On entrance to the villa on the ground floor opens up into the lounge and dining area. This is a large, spacious area, parket flooring and with ample dining/lounge seating, large flat screen T.V, DVD & CD Player, The kitchen is fully furnished with marble worktops and a small seperate area with table & chairs ideal for breakfast. From both these areas you have access to the exterior terrace, garden & pool. A large table and chairs are provided for al fresco dining and the area may also be closed off using large sliding glass doors. The ground floor also has a family bathroom with walk in shower.

The second floor of the property is accessed using the open plan wooden staircase at the entrance of the villa. The upper rooms are very light and airy, wooden parket throughout the bedrooms.

The large main bedroom consists of a double bed, has its own walk in wardrobe area and a seperate terrace with seating & lounger. The main bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, decorated throughout in marble it has a walk in shower as well as a bath.

The two remaining bedrooms are both equipped with bunk beds, roomy & very airy. These bedrooms share a second bathroom on the same floor equipped with bath/shower.

All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The front of the villa has a large terecotta terrace with a small table & chairs for seating, garden with a large Olive tree and ornamental plants.

To the rear of the villa there is the spacious pool and garden area. Equipped with sun beds the terrace is also terecotta tiled and the garden has various speciemens of local plants & trees such as palm trees. A beautiful area ideal for total relaxation.

Alcudia

Es Barcarés is a small residential area made up mainly of small houses & villas, one of those places which give you the impression that time stands still. You are never less than 100m from any one of the small beaches mainly used by locals and on many occasions can be deserted. A very discreet area where the locals congregate to cool off in the heat of the summer giving it all the atmosphere of a local traddition.

There are scattered around the streets various bars & cafes but most of the amenities are situated in the nearby town of Alcudia where choice is ample. The old town has a special atmosphere of cobbled streets, bars, cafes & restaurants in abundence with many lovely terraces to offer its visitors the chance for a cooling drink or meal whilst watching the rest of the world go by. Its twice weekly market and ample shopping are a must for all visitors.

The Port of Alcudia situated some 2km inland has a busy harbour and a lengthy white sanded beach which stretches for km's with its beach bars and cobbled walkway, safe clear blue waters and water sports make it one of the norths best beaches. Shops by the dozen and plenty of variety in choices of food.

For the more adventurous of visitors the nearby waterpark makes for a great family day out or if a quiet game of golf is more your fancy, the Aucanada Golf Club is a short distance away.
