Comfortable apartment indicated for groups of 6-7 people. This property is ideal for families with children because it is located only 100 metres from the best white-sand beach on Majorca. It is also especially suitable for cycling groups.
The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood but you have all the amenities (bars, terraces, discos, shopping, etc.) at only 5 minutes walking distance (you do not need a car). The apartment is delightfully furnished with comfortable furniture (sofas and armchairs, etc) and air conditioning. Outdoors, you can enjoy a large sunny balcony where you can enjoy your meals.

The Alcudia / Port Alcudia area
Alcúdia is a quiet location in the north of the island. The house is located in a luxurious neighbourhood. Alcúdia has one of the biggest and most beautiful beaches of the island and a lot of recreational possibilities. Take an evening stroll through the harbour, play a round of golf or soak up the sun on the beach - the choice is yours!

Palma de Mallorca has a large airport and many airlines offer Mallorca as a destination (EasyJet, AirBerlin, etc.)
There are three main ways to go from the airport to Alcudia. On the one hand, you can take a taxi (around 80 euros). You can also use public transport from the airport to the central bus station in Palma and, from there, take a bus to Alcudia.
We recommend renting a car. It is a cheap, easy and handy way to move into the island. You can rent a car in: www.mallorcar.com; www.pepetravel.com, among many others.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in July/August 2012, The apartment is a little old-fashioned but well functioning and situated in a quiet neighbourhood close to a very fine beach. The apartment was as advertised and met our expectations. |

We have stayed here for the last two years and even though it is very basic, it has met our needs. Three double/twin bedrooms in a airconditioned area, although the air condition doesn't quite manage to cool all the rooms. The equipment is basic but is working perfectly well. When we told the owner about a broken coffe maker, they promptly bought a new one. The apartment is a litlle old fashioned but if you want to stay close to Mallorcas finest beach (far better than es trenc) in a fairly priced, basic apartment, this is a gott alternative. The one negative thing I want to point out is that the balcony is a little bit to small for 6 people, however perfect for 2-4 persons. |
