This spacious modern is one of three villas which are conveniently located in a very quite area, overlooking fields, yet less than 400m from the sea shore. The old walled town of Alcudia with its many quaint streets, fine restaurants and shops is within walking distance being just 1.5km away from the villa. The popular resorts of Puerto Pollensa, Puerto Alcudia with beautiful sandy beaches, are just a few minutes drive from the villa.
The accommodation which is on two levels, comprises, on the ground floor of a large entrance hallway leading to a spacious living room having separate sitting and dining areas. Double patio doors give access to the terrace, pool and gardens. Entertainment is provided here a Satellite TV offering limited English channels, a music system and a DVD player.

The separate fully fitted kitchen benefits from a range of modern built-in stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor unit and fridge-freezer. There is a ‘breakfast’ area within this spacious kitchen along with double door to the covered terrace.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace. A full family bathroom, with shower over, completes the ground floor accommodation. Stairs from the hallway lead up to first floor landing where there are three twin bedrooms, one having an en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air-con units (Extra running costs apply) and private balconies with views. On the landing there is a second full family bathroom and a separate power shower room.
The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout and offers the ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Double doors from the living room and kitchen give access to a shaded terrace which has patio furniture set within a spacious sun terrace. In front of the terrace is swimming pool which measures 8m x 3.5m and has roman style steps offering easy access, next to the pool is an outside shower. To the side of the house there is a brick BBQ so that you can enjoy true 'Al' fresco' dining. The garden is surrounded by lawn and ornamental palms. Villa Menorca has the largest of the three gardens and being the end house, has improved privacy. There is lockable gated access leading to off-road parking for two cars.

The Alcudia area
We are pleased to offer a selection of villas in Alcudia. The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visitors take an Alcudia holiday for the beach alone with its 11 km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea. There are many beach-side cafés and restaurants and a great variety of water sports to be enjoyed as well as other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife is centred around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy.
Alcudia is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins where a lovely Sunday market is held regularly.
The port of Alcudia and the old fishing village are at the northern end of the beach. Here you will find a tight grid of streets with restaurants and gift shops lining the sea front and more traditional Spanish style shops and cafés in the streets behind, with an abundance of seafood restaurants in all areas.
The Albufera, a marshy wetland, is a wildlife reserve popular with birdwatchers and is a ten minute drive away from Alcudia. The spectacular mountainous region in the west of the island towards the old town of Pollensa is a 15 minute drive away.
Further a field there are unspoilt mountain villages with stunning scenery, beaches and coves off the beaten track. The cosmopolitan city of Palma, capital of Mallorca, is just 50 kilometres away.
