The property is spacious and furnished to our exacting standards with comfort in mind and overlooks landscaped gardens with 3 pools, children's pools and play area. One of the few properties on this small development with UK satellite TV and fully functioning Air Conditioning.
With 3 terraces, you can enjoy the sun all day long and in the evening retreat to the rooftop solarium with a drink and enjoy the sunset over the mountains! What could be better?

Ideal for families, one of the few in this development with UK satellite LED TV. Sun loungers and even a cool box for picnics! Hot and cold air conditioning. Non-smoking and no pets please.
Our house is one of the best in the area due to our attention to the little details that other owners ignore. For example:

The large ground floor terrace directly overlooks the gardens and the best of the three pools. The pool has a shallow toddlers section and you can relax on the terrace in the sun whilst still keeping an eye on your little ones. This terrace area has a useful locking gate so you can restrict access to the gardens/pool by little ones without having to watch them constantly.
The sun can get very hot in the summer months so we have had a professional retractable 2 piece sun blind fitted on the ground floor terrace area so you can relax in the shade whilst others bake in the sun! The whole development is gated for security and peace of mind. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the first floor terrace which catches the morning sun and has a table and chairs for 4 people.
Further up the rooftop solarium has great views and gets the sun all day. Its a great place to relax in the late evening and watch the sun go down over the mountains. A fun children's play area with swings etc is 200m down the road
Alcossebre boasts 5 beautiful blue flag beaches, the best of which is within walking distance. Restaurants, shop, bakery, bank and tennis courts are 5 mins away and the centre with it wide choice of shops, restaurants, promenade and busy marina is just a little further.

Welcome to the unspoilt coastline of Costa Del Azahar, the Orange Blossom Coast. Alcossebre is a real Spanish village, surrounded by orange groves with the mountains on one side, sea on the other and within a national park area, so no high rises here! Alcossebre boasts 5 beautiful blue flag beaches, the best of which is within walking distance of our holiday home.
A car is recommended to fully explore and appreciate this beautiful area of Spain. The Orange Blossom Coast has miles and miles of beautiful beaches, and secret coves. It also has one of the most mountainous regions in Spain, with medieval villages and outstanding landscapes.
Places to visit include Morella, a medieval walled town and Peniscola with its old town and famous castle over looking the sea. Port Aventura has a fantastic themed water park and Universal Studios Theme Park.
The Alcossebre / Palm Beach Complex area
Tennis court hire is 5 mins away. Horse riding and quad biking are available locally. Water park approx 20 mins away. Local shops provide an ample selection of quality produce with super and hypermarkets at nearby Benicarlo, Vinaros and Castellon approximately 20 and 30 minutes drive receptively. An abundance of local restaurants, cafe and Tapas bars, provide a wide range of good quality food to suit all tastes. Mostly used by the Spanish as a holiday destination and not many Brits about, a real taste of Spain.
5 minutes walk to the nearest beach which is made up of rocky headlands with small sandy coves (ideal for fishing). Further beaches are within 10 minutes. Plenty of sandy blue flag beaches with volley ball and basket ball nets, slides, climbing frames and play areas. Water sports in season, to include pedalos, wind surfing, scuba diving, jet skiing and cruises.
Two 18 hole golf courses within approx 30 minutes drive one is the renowned Bernhard Langer Panoramica Golf Course.

The apartment was certainly as described, with everything we could have wanted, with some extras thrown in as well. If you have young children and want beautiful beaches, a lovely pool and well equipped home, this is ideal. The resort has lots of lovely beaches, a very pleasant prom. and marina. There is a good choice of cafes and restaurants and a big super market on your door step if you want to cook. It is very unspoilt and the surrounding countryside is stunning. The house had a lovely shady patio where we could watch the children play on the grass or inside in the air con when it got too hot. The pool was big enough to swim in and had a toddlers part. It ticked all the boxes for us. Peniscola and Morella are good places for day trips. |
