The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk from the apartment, whilst the harbour and marina that has a good selection of restaurants is a further 5 minutes away. The town centre of Alcossebre, that has a variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets is15 minutes walk away from the apartment. Nearby is the large and spacious central beach with several beachside restaurants.
With ground floor access, this apartment, offers spacious accommodation for 4-6 people and consists of: A large double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and 2 x Single beds with plenty of space for travel cot or double air bed if required.
The second bedroom has a double bed and there is a nicely furnished lounge/diner complete with dining table, chairs double sofa bed and television (Contains double sofa bed, dining room table with 6 chairs & a coffee table)
The kitchen is well equipped modern kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, kettle and iron
The bathroomis a fully tiled modern bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region
Its location Alcossebre is on the costa de Alzahar, 1 hourNorth of Valencia. It is situated between the towns on Casttellón and Peniscola. Whats near by:
Peniscola This is a beautiful lively historic town with winding cobbled streets set around the medieval castle. Plenty of seafood restaurants and shops to purchase local pottery. The two beaches are clean and stretch for miles but are very popular in the summer months. Remember to park out town as parking always seems to be difficult near the beach etc.. (30 minuites by car)
Morella If you fancy a trip to a medieval fairytale town on a hill, then this is a must. It has lots of steps, small shops selling local produce, especially honey. There are a few bars and restaurants but these get very busy so make sure you have an alternative meal option just incase. (1 hour and a half by car)
Alcossebre / Las Fuentes area
Alcossebre is a small, however rapidly growing resort with 2 main beaches, 2 nightclubs, lots of bars, restaurants and local shops. It´s an ideal place for walking and cycling (bikes available to hire on local beach in the summer time) and there are plenty of parks for the kids. (trampolines and bouncy castles in the summer) Local farmers sell fresh produce straight from their farm for next to nothing and some Bars sell local wines for a very reasonable price too. Try Casa de Antonio’s in the centre of the town it´s well known for selling good local wines.
How to get there
Airports Valencia ( 1 .15 hour) and reus (1.30) are the nearest airports and they are in the process of finishing an airport in Castellon (20 mins). Airlines Easy jet , thomsonfly.com , BA and Iberia.
Car hire Europcar and many others available from Valencia airport. Taxi pick up can be organised if required from local man.
Trains run from Barcelona to Valencia and you can get off at Alcala deXivert 20 mins inTaxi from alcossebre. RENFE

The Outdoor swimming pools open all year round. and there is a life guard service over the summer holidays.
You will be met at the apartment to exchange keys and the deposit of 150 pounds on arrival and departure.
Conditions
50 % of fees are to be paid to secure the reservation at least 6 weeks before the travel date . They are to be paid in euros by direct bank transfer into a Spanish bank account. This is non returnable . The remaining 50% must be paid 2 weeks before the reservation date by the same method. You are in charge of paying the bank transfer fees from the English bank account into the Spanish account.
A refundable breakages deposit of 150 euros (in cash) is requested on collection of the key at the apartment, and will be refuned on the return of the key and subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cleaning and clean sheets are carried out the day before entering the apartment. A clean set of sheets are provided in the apartment , as is a washing machine, suitable for longer stays.
If you require an extra cleaning service, this can be provided for the extra cost of 40 pounds.
No pets allowed.
