From the owner

A lovely modernised two bedroom apartment on the second floor of the building with restricted views towards the sea and beautiful views of the mountains. Centrally located in a quiet residential area of Benalmádena Costa. The apartment building is close to both Ibensa and Bonanza Square. The marina is just a fifteen minute walk. Near to the train station at Arroyo de la Miel. Nearest beach just eight minutes walk away. There is an array of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all close by. The apartment is well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, microwave/grill, four ring halogen hob, full size oven, canopy extractor, fridge/freezer and plenty of crockery, kings pattern cutlery and utensils and saucepans. There’s a toaster, kettle, dolce gusto coffee machine and sandwich toaster. We provide iron, ironing board and hair drier. For your security there is a safe in the apartment. The two bedrooms are of a good size, one double with a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobe, one twin with two single beds and fitted wardrobe and orthopaedic mattresses. The renovated bathroom has wc, vanity unit, towel warmer and full size bath with rainshower and attachment over the bath. There is an extendable dining table and rattan chairs. The living room has a comfortable suite and white furniture. The balcony gets the afternoon sun and has a sun blind if you want to block it out and has comfortable rattan chairs and a table. The tv receives lots of UK channels (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Skyetc...) There is a tv in the lounge and in the double bedroom both with their own receivers. We provide all linen and towels for your stay and we can provide beach towels too on request. Please inform us if you want pool/beach towels. If you wish to hire a car, we recommend Helle Hollis, please let us know if you are going to hire a car as you can avail of a 15%discount. There is a car park which requires a fob to open the gate, we require a €50 refundable deposit for this. The resort is suitable for people of all ages. There's plenty to see and do, whether you want to rest and laze by the pool or watch a dolphin show to having a picnic in the local park. The local public transport system is excellent and you can take day trips to other towns and cities for low prices. We have tried to make the apartment as home from home so from the moment you open the door you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

We leave a guest information folder in the apartment with all our details, information about the resort, local bars and restaurants and days out.
