Small and quiet farm, villa 5 bedrooms with swimpool and large garden, situated 6km from beach,10km from historic city silves and proximity to water parks, theme park (zoomarine) and golf course "amendoeiras".

40minutes from the airport.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Portimão and albufeira are the largest towns in this area. In Portimão (25km from the villa) you can find the largest port and one of the famous beaches in algarve "Praia da Rocha" with kms of boulevards a stunning marina, a nice riverside and a thriving nightlife. Albufeira (20km from the villa) tou find also a thriving nightlife and all night entertainment, a lot of bars, restaurants and night clubs.

Along the coast you have a lot of beachs with a gold sand and blue warm atlantic sea.

the proximity of the Meditarraneam Sea greatly influences the Algarve climate. Summers are hot and dry, Winters are mild with hardly any rain combines with very inviting Springs and Autumns.

The Alcantarilha / Sao Lourenco Do Palmeiral area

The villa is located 2km from Alcantarilha where you find the famous cobbled streets and Old Bone Church (capela dos ossos) wich is worth to visit.

6km away you have Armação de Pêra the nearst beach and 10km away you find Silves a amazing historic small town where you have a old castle and a river where you have an assortment of shops and restaurants. In 10m driving you have Algarve shopping center a complex with 100 shops, food malls, cinema and bowlling.

Nearly you can find also 2 water parks, and theme parks (zoomarine, Sandsculpture fiesa,krazyworld,etc...).
You can find as well the Golf Course Amendoeiras very nearly.
