About the home

The villa is very well located, its a very quiet and private place, only 10 minutes drive to the Armação de Pêra Beaches, and 5 minutes drive from the new Amendoeira golf Course.

The historic town of Silves is only 15 minutes drive away from the Villa, also very close to the Waterparks such as Slide n Splash and the Aqualand. Large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The property is very well constructed, with high class materials, the dining room has 2 sofas, and 6 dining chairs, on the kitchen there is a small table for 4 persons, for the garden we have 2 tables with 10 chairs by the BBQ, plus 4 pool beds with a small table.

The villa has space for 2 cars inside, and outside the property can be parked around 2 cars.

The Alcantarilha / Quinta de S. Sebastiao area

Quinta de S.Sebastião is a very quiet place with no that much to visit, only a few historical churches, and local businesses. But the same time, its really close to supermarkets, and restaurants. Is for people who wants some privacy, go walking, fishing or even go cycling. There is a golf course nearby and also a water park.

Best way to get to the villa from the airport is to catch the A22 and exit in Alcantarilha, the Villa is about 2 minutes away from the Alcantarilha exit, this trip takes about 25 minutes by car.

We can arrange transfers for 8 people for 70 Euro during the day time, and 90 Euro during night.

“Excelent” I travelled with my spouse and 2 young children and it was excelent. We've enjoyed very much the house. We are returning on the summer for sure!
