Prestigiosa e Stupenda Villa con 5 Camere.

L’intera Villa viene affittata in totale esclusività.

La Villa è parte di un antico 'Baglio' interamente ristrutturato, immersa in un rigoglioso giardino che circonda la piscina e può ospitare fino a 14 Persone, moderna e dotata di tutti i comfort, conserva intatto il fascino dell'antico.

La Villa si trova in un punto strategico nel Golfo di Castellammare a metà strada tra gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani.

Ad un chilometro di distanza troviamo Ristoranti, Pizzerie, Bar, Supermercati per tutte le vostre esigenze.

Il Check-in è previsto alle ore 05:00 PM e il Check-out alle ore 10:00 AM.

Orari diversi devono essere concordati con i proprietari e verrà richiesto un supplemento.

Per un confortevole soggiorno è consigliabile l’auto a noleggio.

Nella Villa sono presenti:

5 Camere da Letto (2 Camere doppie, 2 Camere triple e 1 Camera quadrupla) e sono tutte dotate di TV, Aria Condizionata, lenzuola, coperte, biancheria, asciugamani e teli doccia non utilizzabili in piscina;

5 Bagni di cui 1 senza doccia;

1 Doccia a bordo Piscina immersa nelle verdi siepi, oltre i 5 Bagni;

2 Cucine (Interna ed Esterna con BBQ), dotate di lavastoviglie, e tanti altri elettrodomestici, TV, tavoli da 8 persone estendibili fino a 14 persone.

2 Salotti Interni;

1 Salotto/Soggiorno esterno;

1 Lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

1 Grande Piscina (12 metri x 6 metri) profonda 1,2 metri, con possibilità di averla riscaldata nei mesi da Ottobre a Novembre e da Aprile a Maggio, pagando un supplemento.

La Piscina è aperta tutto l'anno.

1 Grande Giardino.

1 Grande Parcheggio.

In caso di necessità, gli ospiti possono contattare i proprietari che si renderanno disponibili.

Villa Palme è il posto ideale per trascorrere una meravigliosa vacanza di relax e cultura.

Infatti in pochi minuti di Auto, sono raggiungibili la spiaggia di Alcamo Marina con accesso libero con sabbia fine e dorata, la città di Alcamo con il suo Castello, La Riserva del Bosco D’Alcamo sul Monte Bonifato, il percorso delle Chiese e del Vino Bianco D’Alcamo DOC, il Porto turistico di Castellammare con il suo Castello, i Faraglioni di Scopello, la Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, il Tempio Greco di Segesta con il suo Anfiteatro Greco, Le acque termali Segestane, tutto a pochi minuti.

Mentre a soli 30 minuti di auto sono raggiungibili la Città di Palermo con tutte le sue meraviglie e i suoi Centri Commerciali, Monreale, Erice, Trapani con le sue Saline, Marsala con la sua Riserva Naturale dello Stagnone e l’isola di Mothia, Castelvetrano e Selinunte con il suo Parco Archeologico.

In Villa non è possibile ricevere persone al di fuori di quelle che hanno prenotato, qualora sorgessero delle esigenze di ricevere parenti e amici che non sono inclusi nella prenotazione, anche senza pernottamento, bisogna chiedere ai proprietari l'autorizzazione per l'accettazione e verrà richiesto un supplemento di € 35 a persona al giorno, tenendo in considerazione che la capienza massima della villa sarà sempre per un massimo di 14 persone e non sono ammessi animali.

SPESE EXTRA FACOLTATIVE

- Per avere la piscina con acqua riscaldata nei mesi da Ottobre a Novembre e da Aprile a Maggio, fare richiesta ai proprietari almeno 1 settimana prima del vostro arrivo in villa, vi verrà richiesto di pagare al check-in un supplemento di € 150 per il pre-riscaldamento e € 25 per ogni giorno per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

- Se si desidera avere il riscaldamento a pavimento, anziché le pompe di calore elettriche, durante i mesi invernali da Dicembre a Marzo, bisogna chiedere la disponibilità ai proprietari, pagando un supplemento di € 25 al giorno per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

- I teli bagno/doccia (bianchi) presenti in ogni camera non si possono utilizzare per la piscina e la spiaggia.

Se non si è in possesso di teli piscina/mare, è possibile noleggiarli al costo di € 5 a telo per tutto il soggiorno.

- Per un Check-in anticipato, chiedere la disponibilità, verrà richiesto un supplemento di € 30 per ogni ora di utilizzo extra della villa.

- Per un Check-out Posticipato, chiedere la disponibilità, verrà richiesto un supplemento di € 30 per ogni ora di utilizzo extra della villa.

- Per avere da 1 a 3 culle bambino con biancheria compresa, chiedere la disponibilità, verrà richiesto un supplemento di € 100 per ogni culla, per tutto il soggiorno.

- Per avere da 1 a 3 seggioloni bambino, chiedere la disponibilità, verrà richiesto un supplemento di € 30 per ogni seggiolone, per tutto il soggiorno.

The location is amazing. The owners exceeded our expectations. The pool was is a must! and the outdoor kitchen is incredible. We would definitely stay there again!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giovanni (the owner) a message.

If Giovanni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
