However, there are lots of restaurants and tapas bars in the close vacinity. Also plenty of beach bars on the award winning Alcaidesa beach. A car is recommended to view some of the attractions of Andalusia. Dolphin safaris and tours of the rock in the Bay of Gibraltar, Safari park, water sports, horse riding can all be arranged in the near vacinity.

Based near the golf triangle of the Costa Del Sol including the courses of Valderama, Sotogrande and San Roque. Alcaidesa has two golf courses a links and a heathland course. All award winning courses. Travel inland through Andalucia for a short distance and you can discover the 'pueble blancos' or white villages in the heart of olive and orange growing country. Further by car you can travel to Seville or Granada where the smell of orange blossum and the sound of flamenco or Spanish guitar fills the air.

Two golf courses, riding, tennis, horse riding, beaches which include water sports. Beach restaurants. Local restaurants and plenty of tapas bars in the local area.
Sotogrande Port is 10 minutes away with lovely shops and and quayside bars. Polo and golf at Sotogrande. Gibraltar is 20 minutes away with dolphin and whale trips, rock tours and lively night life. Great shops and duty free allowance.

Booking deposit of £100 required with each booking (Non Refundable). Full payment should be made within 8 weeks of start.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund
A fully refundable damage deposit (£250) will also be required at time of full payment.
All linen and towels are included (with the exception of beach towels) are included within the rental price. Should you require cleaning during your stay this can be arranged at an extra cost.
Welcome packs and shopping can be arranged for your arrival to ensure you have the basic essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, water, bread, cereal etc.,
