The 3 bed penthouse is very spacious and well furnished with the following facilities: - Huge Sunterrace with Stunning Views to the Med. - Luxury Lounge with Lovely Dining Area - Large kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. - Utility room with washing machine plus 2 spare mattresses - The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and direct sea views, bedroom 2 with double bed also with direct sea views and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and small private balcony. Communal bathroom and W.C. Attractive Communual Pool set in beautiful gardens with views to the Med and The Rock of Gibraltar. Alcaidesa is a very pretty seaside town with a wonderful 2km beach..Its a very safe, family friendly location with a pretty plaza and some excellent local restaurants. There are 2 superb golf courses to choose from boasting a brand new club house..this is the only links course in the Costa del Sol.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The area boasts a beautiful climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year meaning it is ideal for a beach holiday for a large part of the year.
From May to October the weather is predominantly hot and dry. In July & August the temperature rises to over 30C. From November to April the average is about 18/20C although can rise to around 25C on a good day. October to May are the most popular months for golf.
The Costa del Sol offers everything from mountain areas, winter skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains (only one and a half hours from Malaga), beautiful beaches, theme parks, a multitude of superb Golf courses and some superb towns from the chic and classy Puerto Banus to the historic and scenic old mountain town of Ronda.
Alcaidesa area
Alcaidesa links golf course on hand with easy access to numerous other courses including Valderrama. Windsurfing and sailing on local beach with Tarifa’s windsurf and kitesurf paradise only 30 minutes drive. Local restaurants, San Roque Casino and nightlife in Sotogrande, Estapona, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Alcaidesa has a unique relaxed atmosphere with its superb 2 km beach and wonderful views of the Rock only 10 miles away. Its also a gateway to many of Spain's best tourist attractions, such as Rhonda and Seville..both an easy daytrip away. Gibraltar and the ferry trip to Tangiers add to the choice..and only 30 mins drive takes you to Tariffa and the beautiful kitesurfing beaches on the Atlantic Gateway.
How to get there
Gibraltar offers a very quick transfer, a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. BA operate daily flights from Heathrow and twice daily from Gatwick in the summer. Easyjet have 2 flights daily from Gatwick
The major car hire companies are base at Gibraltar airport although it can be easier to hire from the Spanish side of the border. Ring me for details!
Malaga offers numerous daily flights to all the major UK airports with BA, Easyjet, Monarch, Flybe etc. Simply trawl the net to book. Alcaidesa village is only a 1 hour drive on the Toll road (10 E charges) to junction 124.

Further details indoors: The Penthouse provides ample space for a family of 6 and there are even a couple of spare mettresses for an extra 2 guests. The views from the balcony will not fail to impress, its a great place to sunbathe and have a bbq. It also has the convieniance of over viewing the communual pool so you can keep an eye on the kids!! There are a choice of 3 private parking places..its a 1 minute drive to the beach, plaza and restaurants. 5 minutes to the Golf club, 10 minutes to the Casino, conema and other large supermarkets etc.
