About the home

A paradise for golfers, having the Pine Cliffs Resort golf course only a few meters from the villa and accessibility to most golf courses is only a 15-20 minute drive away. The villa also has a private garden and swimming pool (pool heating is optional). The ideal location for a relaxing holiday, being perfect for groups of friends or larger families with children. The bedrooms can accommodate 14 people comfortably or up to 18/20 people with the placement of extra (fold-up) beds. Prices are liable to change for maximum occupants.

*A breakage deposit is required on arrival, this will be returned once the property has been checked.

*A refundable breakage deposit is required upon arrival, to be refunded on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The accommodation is located in Acoteias, close to Olhos de �gua and to some of the Algarve´s best beaches such as: Olhos de �gua, Stª Eulália, Maria Luisa, Falésia and others. At our property management office we offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. We also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions with discount prices. Albufeira town is 6 kms - around 10 min driving (depending on traffic). The old town is very interesting with its narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses. There are also numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square during the summer season. Algarve Shopping is the biggest shopping centre in the region and is located nearby Guia. It has several shops, restaurants, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 10:00 pm) and a cinema. Guia is a small village and has many good value restaurants. This village became famous because of the tasty and spicy hot 'chicken piri piri'. A must try it! Distances from the villa: *Zoomarine thematic Park (marine life): 20 min drive *Water-slide Parks: 10min & 20 min drive - opposite directions *Horse riding over the sand dunes: 10 min drive *Water sports & jet ski: available on several Beaches *Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira marina and Vilamoura marina: Casa da Horta is just centred between the two - 10 min drive *River trips, Jeep Safaris, all day boat trips with barbecue lunch on a secluded beach. *Excursions to local markets and other places of interest within the Algarve, or to Seville or Lisbon. The Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area

Açoteias-Falésia area in Albufeira is very well known for its beautiful sandy beaches with amazing cliffs. Wonderful for diving, fishing and aquatic sports. The weather is suitable for sun bathing almost all year round and for swimming during the spring and summer period. The closest beach is Falésia, just 1500m from the property, with beautiful views and rock formations. Plenty of options to eat and drink with all kind of Restaurants, Bars and Cafes. You'll also find some souvenir shops. Sheraton Pine Cliffs Golf Course - a few minutes walk away. Algarve Shopping (shops, restaurants, cinema with 9 theatres) - 12 km Albufeira Marina is a must see for its unique and vibrant colours and architecture. Water parks and various theme parks. Albufeira old town (historic centre, museums, old churches and chapels, night life). “Massive in every way, loved everything about it” We stayed at Villa Tenazinha II with a total of 8 children aged 2 to 15 and 6 adults aged 25 to 64, considering the wide spread of age and likes this place covered everything, the managers arranged for airport pick ups and hire cars making everything really easy. we arrived at the villa and the kids were in the pool within 5 minutes and I'm not sure they got out until 5 minutes before we left. The local village and beaches were fabulous even this early in the year, and even in the rain everyone had a great time. Its just a short trip into Albufeira and Vilamoura for restaurants and shopping. This Villa is a great centre for large groups, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, well air conditioned, the lounges are big enough for everyone to have somewhere to relax and the kitchen and dining room served us admirably. I can't think of anything bad to say about the place, there was no English language TV, but no one noticed and it meant the kids did other stuff! You must try the fresh oranges bought from the roadside, they are incredibly cheap and so much nicer than the ones you can buy in the UK. Response: Thank you very much for your review!
