A Casa De Sol is located just 15 minutes' walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Albefeira town. Quiet and peaceful during the day but as the sun sets the centre of the town changes its character. A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up with people, until they spill over into the narrow streets. A fine selection of good beaches extend east and west from the town.
The villa benefits from two shared swimming pools, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious garden and from the upstairs terrace the stunning sea views can be seen, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The central Algarve is a known for its beautiful way of life, with very friendly people. Eating out is extremely cheap and rest assure that everyone speaks English.
All year round warm climate peaking in August with 30°/40° C with low of 15°/18° C in December & January.
Some of the finest golf courses in Europe are within easy reach and the Villa is situated close to Balaia Golf Village. There is a selection of fine beaches within walking distance, ranging from 15 to 30 minutes leisurely walk.
Albufeira / Balaia area
The property is located in Balaia situated between Albufeira and Vilamoura. The village and its surrounding areas boast numerous restaurants many of which serve traditional Portuguese food and offer a peaceful relaxing atmosphere whilst the hustle and bustle of Albufeira remains just a 5 minute drive away.
The accommodation is located in Balaia, this is part of Olhos D'Agua area close to some of the Algarve´s best beaches - with nice beach bars/restaurants, like Olhos D'Agua, Santa Eulalia, Maria Luisa, Falesia and others.
The old town of Albufeira is 2km, around 30 mins walk. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Along with the lively 'Strip' containing many bars, restaurants & nightclubs.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 am) is about 20mins drive away, with free parking. There are many other activities and attractions within 30 mins drive, such as
Zoomarine Park Two Waterslide Parks Horse riding over the sand dunes Water sports & jet ski Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira marina and Vilamoura marina we just centred between the two 10-20 min drive Krazy World (zoo & mini golf) River trips, Jeep Safaris, Sea day trips with barbecue on a secluded beach. Excursions to local markets and other places of interest in the Algarve, to Seville and Lisbon.

Fly into Faro International airport, A Casa De Sol is just 30 mins from the Airport and is accessible by the major road network.

Further details indoors: The villa is brand new and has been furnished to an extremely high standard with a fully fitted kitchen, spacious lounge and dining areas and very comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Overall the villa is very large and has all the utensils and comforts that one has become used to at home including a few more extras. All towels and lining are provided also.
