About the home

This Luxury apartment overlooks the pool and the Marina, it is furnished to a high standard and has full central heating equipment. The lounge dining room area has leather sofas and dining table overlooking the marina. There is also an LCD TV, DVD player and a Hi-Fi unit. The master bedroom is an en suite with a large wardrobe and safe, it also has a small balcony overlooking the pool, marina and hillside views. The second bedroom has two single bed's and a large wardrobe. The hall way has a fully equipped bathroom and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with all the appliances you could need.

Gas, Electricity and weekly cleaning are included in price. Bed Linen and bathroom towels provided. Please provide your own beach towels. It is not suitable or equipped for young children. No Pets allowed and no smoking.

There are many attractions to see and do like zoo marine,slide and splash water park, aquashow family park and sea cruises. A giro bus service leaving every 30 minutes from a bus stop only metres from the apartment also a recently introduced touristic train that runs every 30 minutes from the marina to old town. A taxi rank also sited on the marina. Restaurants on the marina include Italian, Portuguese, fish, and seafood. Boat trips, diving parasailing, bbq and sunset cruises, big game cruises are all operated from the marina.

Algarve shopping village is 10 minutes away by car for an array of shops,cinema showing English films and bowling.There are sightseeing trips up to the monchique mountains which dominate the backdrop and dictate the desirable climate we enjoy in the Algarve. Sun beds and parasols are provided for your own use around the pool which has a shallow end approx 1.5 metre deep and deep end approx 3 metre deep,pool side shower and toilet facilities.Swim with the dolphins at nearby zoo marine for a great family day.There are many beach coves to choose from so a wander along the cliff tops will find a pathway to a fabulous stretch of sand,many coves have an on beach bar where you can sip a favourite cocktail while observing a fabulous sunset.

No smoking inside the apartment but ok out on balcony.
A 30% deposit required to secure booking with balance payable six weeks before the holiday starts.
A refundable £250.00 deposit is required with balance to cover any breakages and if there are no breakages or damage will be returned within 14 days from the end of the holiday.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is one of the most charming areas of Portugal with its great climate, sandy beaches, warm hospitality and beautiful inland countryside. You can travel between the various fishing villages catching a glimpse of traditional Portuguese life, or go to one of the lively seaside resorts where there is always the opportunity for water sports, good food and an exciting night life.

The Albufeira / Albufeira Marina area

Albufeira is 30mins from Faro Airport, car hire is available here. Albufeira is a very old Portuguese town with clifftop walks through cobbled streets. Here every type of restaurant can be found and plenty of shops and street entertainment. The new marina complex is actually just outside of Albufeira, although within easy walking distance and provides a complete contrast with its modern design, high class restaurants and calm relaxed atmosphere. There are boutiques, coffee shops wonderful views across the new marina.

The Apartment is surrounded by beautiful golden beaches, Sao Rafael and Gale, and Fishermans Beach are the nearest. An 18 hole Golf Course is available at Salgados a few minutes drive away and plenty more championship courses about 20 minutes away at Villamoura. Shopping at the Algarve Shopping village is a 10minute drive away for a huge selection of stores and also Bowling and Cinema with English films for a break from the sun.

The complex offers activities like Daily cruises, Big game Fishing, Diving, Parasailing which can be booked at the marina. There is good bus system and taxi's are available from the front of the apartment.

Other attractions nearby include Zoo Marine, where you can swim with Dolphins, 2 huge water parks - The Big One and Slide and Splash. Many local markets, horse riding, go-karting and for sight seeing the Monchique mountains.

The nearest airport is Faro being a 20 minute drive away where low cost airlines Easy Jet, British Airways, BMI, Thompson Ryan air and Aer Lingus have regular year round flights from the UK available all can be booked on line and Lisbon being a 2.5 hour drive away. The nearest ferry service is Santander. Our management company can arrange airport transfers for you where the driver meets you in arrivals at the airport holding a name board .or a hire car to be at the airport for when you land.Although a car is not essential I would recommend it to see the sights and places of interest

"...The apartment is fantastic, the photos on the website make it look good, but it's was even better when we got there. The fact that the pool is quite, being used by only a small number of apartments, the restaurants and bar facilities on the marina are on the door step and it is only a short pleasant walk into the old town and to the beach, made it an absolutely perfect location..."

Rates are quoted for the apartment and not per person. Apartment will be ready for occupancy at 12.00 midday on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.Only those guests registered at time of booking may occupy the apartment.

The price includes cleaning service,water,gas and electricity costs but not central heating.

To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit is payable and the final balance required 6 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit of £250.00 is payable with the final balance and if there are no breakages or damage will be returned to you by cheque within 14 days from the last day of your holiday. If the holiday begins within 6 weeks from time of booking full payment is required. Payments by bank transfer and cheque accepted.We also welcome last minute bookings if the apartment is available so please do not hesitate to contact us.
