Villa Pauline is a luxurious & very spacious newly built villa perfectly located in the heart of Albufeira. Villa Pauline benefits from a large 10mt x 5mt private pool. Built over three levels, the 1st floor accommodates two bedrooms, the dining room and spacious living area, complete with Plasma television and two huge leather sofas. The Modern Kitchen is fully equipped and the gardens and pool areas are perfect for relaxing in the wonderful Algarve sunshine! The 2nd floor gives access to a huge roof terrace for more sunbathing, or some alfresco dining if you so desire! Here you will also find the master suite, complete with walk in wardrobe and another twin bedroom. All bedrooms have en suite.

Albufeira is about 40 km west of the Faro airport, which you can reach easily within half an hour via the highway IP1. Although Albufeira is known as a major tourist resort, it is amazing that you still find hardly any tourists in the old centre. When coming from the Tunnel (every tourist will end up there) turn right and you will arrive at the central place of Albufeira with all its restaurants. From there you may continue through the narrow touristic streets, back to the beach. Shortly before you arrive at the old fish market and "The Ruin" you find a street at your right hand. This will lead you to the old part of Albufeira, from where you have a magnificent view in both directions. The side streets are untouched by tourists and you still may see the local people chatting with each other from their windows.
The Albufeira area
The town of Albufeira is hugely popular and it's easy to understand why. It has beautiful beaches, a new marina, cafes, bars and restaurants to cater for every taste. Villa Pauline is located to the east near the famous 'strip' in Areias de São João, where nightclubs, discos and bars come to life in the evening. There is always lots going on in this lively area and there is a huge selection of places to shop, eat and drink! A car really isn't necessary, as you will find all amenities close by. A 'tourist train' runs from the 'strip' into Albufeira 'old town' every 20 minutes and will cost about 2€; if you don't fancy the walk to or from the beach - a taxi will only cost around 4€. For a fun day out try Aqualand or Slide and Splash Water Parks within 20 minutes drive. Cliff Richard Vineyard tours is also just 10 minutes away. Excursions can be booked with transport for all day trips.

Beautiful villa. Perfect for our trip to Portugal. It was all very easy with lift organised by Gerard from the airport and keys ready and waiting. The villa is fabulous - really spacious, beautiful pool and gardens. There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and we all had a great holiday. Shutters in all the rooms meant we even had a lie-in every day! |

7 guys had a great time in this villa. Quality furnishings throughout. Great location near the Montechoro Hotel, meant it was only a 2-minute walk to the top of the "Strip". Very secure property, with alarm system, and electric shutters on all windows and doors. Despite being surrounded by other properties, the pool was surprisingly secluded and private,due to the layout of the villa. Also, an abundance of crockery/cutlery etc, which meant we could go 2 days without doing the dishes! 9 1/2 out of 10. (I've docked you half a point Gerard, because of the lack of WI-FI.) Would definitely recommend, but not the 1st week in May.(we want to book it again then!) Thanks Gerard. |

The villa is designed to very high specs. It comfortably allows 8 people their own space if required. We had a fantastic time. The facilities are outstanding and the villa is situated in a quiet area but within 2-3 minutes walk from The Strip. All of our contact with Gerard before we arrived at the villa provided us with all the information we needed to make the holiday one of our most enjoyable experiences. |

Some Good Housekeeping, so that we all have an enjoyable holiday<BR>Conditions<BR>1. Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.<BR><BR>2. Clients must provide their own beach towels.<BR><BR>3. Cot and high chair are available,could you please ask for them before arriving?<BR><BR>4. Your accommodation is reserved from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 11.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.<BR><BR>5.Villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.<BR><BR>6. The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.<BR><BR>7. Final payments must be received eight weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed. (but we will let you know)<BR><BR>8. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.<BR><BR>9. Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking.
