Vila Anna is a luxurious & very spacious newly built villa perfectly located in the heart of Albufeira. Villa Anna benefits from a large 10mt x 5mt private pool. The villa is just a walk away from many fantastic restaurants in Albufeira, as well as the bars and discos and of course its beautiful beaches, Car not necessary.PERFECT LOCATION for golfer's as most of the top courses are just a short drive away.

The Modern Kitchen is fully equipped and the gardens and pool areas are perfect for relaxing in the wonderful Algarve sunshine! The 2nd floor gives access to a huge roof terrace for more sunbathing, or some alfresco dining if you so desire! Here you will also find the master suite, complete with walk in wardrobe and another twin bedroom. All bedrooms have en suite.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Albufeira is about 40 km west of the Faro airport, which you can reach easily within half an hour via the highway IP1. Although Albufeira is known as a major tourist resort, it is amazing that you still find hardly any tourists in the old centre. When coming from the Tunnel (every tourist will end up there) turn right and you will arrive at the central place of Albufeira with all its restaurants. From there you may continue through the narrow touristic streets, back to the beach. Shortly before you arrive at the old fish market and "The Ruin" you find a street at your right hand. This will lead you to the old part of Albufeira, from where you have a magnificent view in both directions. The side streets are untouched by tourists and you still may see the local people chatting with each other from their windows.

The Albufeira / Montechoro area

The town of Albufeira is hugely popular and it's easy to understand why. It has beautiful beaches, a new marina, cafes, bars and restaurants to cater for every taste. Villa Pauline is located to the east near the famous 'strip' in Areias de São João, where nightclubs, discos and bars come to life in the evening. There is always lots going on in this lively area and there is a huge selection of places to shop, eat and drink! A car really isn't necessary, as you will find all amenities close by. A 'tourist train' runs from the 'strip' into Albufeira 'old town' every 20 minutes and will cost about 2€; if you don't fancy the walk to or from the beach - a taxi will only cost around 4€. For a fun day out try Aqualand or Slide and Splash Water Parks within 20 minutes drive. Cliff Richard Vineyard tours is also just 10 minutes away. Excursions can be booked with transport for all day trips.

“A very hard act to follow.........” We stayed for 10 days and were extremely impressed with Villa Anna. The villa itself is fantastic with every mod con you could want. Location wise there's a good shop within 5mins and an abundance of restaurant & bars both within walking distance or a 10min taxi ride if you want to venture into the old town. There were 6 adults and 2 kids in our party and we had loads of space in the villa. The old town of Albufeira was great to walk around and a taxi to and from the villa was only € 5. Would recommend Zoomarine for a good family day out - excellent value we felt. This was our first villa holiday and the bar has been set very high.

We stayed here at Villa Anna in June 2011. We had one of the best holidays ever. We have decided that we would never go any other way in future. Our flight was an hour delayed but the transfer that Gerard very kindly arranged was still there waiting patiently for us. When we landed at the villa we were stunned by how lovely and clean it was and so BIG!! The space was unbelievable. We were a party of 2 girls and 4 children. Our initial anxiety about travelling and staying at a villa on our own was quickly relieved. The security at the villa was second to none and with the shutters we didnt have a problem sleeping at night. So peaceful and quiet. Alarm was so simple to use.
The kitchen had everything u could imagine and again was so spacious. i could not name one thing that was missing....in fact there was probably things there that u wouldnt even have at home. That was the meeting point after our nites out to chat about the day........great laughs!!
The outside of the villa was fabulous. We got the sun from early morning to late evening. Plenty of sun loungers, lovely dining area in the shade where we had breakfast and lunch everyday (saved a fortune) and the pool was fab. The kids made the most of it everyday. We didnt feel the need to leave the villa at all during the day as we had everything we needed so we kept the sightseeing and strolling for the evening time to work up an appetite. There was such a range of restaurants and bars on the strip which was only a ten minute walk down from the villa....definitely dont need a car while staying here which is great. Our fav's were LA BAMBA and the CHINESE opposite Wild &Co. Food is delicious here and very cheap. The teenagers fell in love with SAVANNAHS CLUB. It was the 'young & hip' place to be!! The strip has something for everyone and we loved the buzz about the place. Bring a cardigan for night time.......tad chilly!
Erins Isle was also a nice place...on the way to the strip....good singing and good banter. didnt eat here but it looked delicious.
All in all, we had a fantastic time and think the mood was set from the moment we arrived at the villa. So calming and peaceful and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space (unlike apartment blocks). We would like to thank Gerard for everything he did......such a nice man. We would recommend his villa to anyone looking for the perfect holiday.

Hi Gerard
Thank you for the use of your beautiful villa, we had a wonderful holiday. The taxi transfers went like clockwork and it was a really relaxing week. One further very minor thing that we noticed after I texted you, was the fluorescent tube in the garage/playroom wasn't working. It didn't seem to be a loose connection, so it probably needs replacing. The pool was well used and the fact that it wasn't heated didn't seem to worry anyone! We also loved the shutters, the children slept far better than they do at home. The cot and highchair were also first class, thank you. I will be recommending your villa wholeheartedly to my friends and family.

Thank you once again for all your excellent advice and help before our arrival.

Upon arrival at Faro airport we met our driver , the transfer had kindly been arranged by
Gerard. It was only about a 30 min ride to our villa and when we arrived we were amazed
by how palatial the place was!
We have stayed in a number of villas in both Europe and the US and can honestly say that
this was the best!
In addition, as it was a little way from the end of the main strip (but a pleasant walk
not too far) there was no late night noise although if there had been I am sure the
shutters would have kept it all out!

The shutters and alarm were very easy to operate.

There are many bars and restaurants within a very short walk of the villa and we found it
was about 30 mins to walk to the other end of the strip and the beach which was fine. One
of our favourite restaurants was the Martinique which is one of the first you will come
to! We visited it several times as there was an excellent choice for adults and children
alike (we had 4 rangeing in age from 9 to 13)

Also recommend the Aqua Splash water park which was good value and we did a boat trip out
of Villamoura (worth a visit) which was an all day trip and included fishing which the
kids loved. This was very good value, including a BBQ lunch on a secluded beach.

All in all we had a fantastic 2 weeks loved the area, thought the villa was brilliant and
will definitely return in the future!

Our two families spent two weeks at Villa Anna this July and had an amazing time! From first booking our holiday to returning home we have been kept upto date and well informed by the villa owner, Gerry. On arrival Gerry had prearranged our transport which was cheap and very reliable. As we entered Villa Anna we were amazed by the extremely high standard of decoration and furnishings - it was stunning. The internal accommodation was superb and provided ample room for the four children and four adults in our party - it was certainly a family friendly villa. The layout of the villa was ideal and there wasn't anything we needed as all equipment necessary was provided. The pool area, gardens and patio areas were fantastic - there were plenty of sun loungers, chairs and shaded areas which was ideal for getting out of the midday sun for lazy lunchtimes! The pool and sunterrace provided hours of sunshine from early morning until well into the evening. The pool was spotlessly clean and stayed so throughout the holiday. Its very close to all local amenities with the local supermarket and shops and bars only a couple of minutes away. However, the villa is off the main street ensuring peace and quiet most of the time. We could relax when going out since there were two safety deposit boxes within the villa and the electrical shutters were an added security feature. The alarm was simple to use and when we accidentally set the alarm off the central control system staff were efficient - which was reassuring. On the whole we had a brilliant holiday and would not hesitate to recommend Villa Anna to others and would definitely return in the future. Villa Anna was everything you advertised and more, there were 8 adults in our party but the villa was so large everyone had their own space, as promised bars & restaurants were minutes walk away particulary enjoyed the Erin Isle great food &entertainment we look forward to using your villa in the near future. Myself and my family, my sister and her family plus my parents all stayed at the beautiful villa Anna for the first week of May 2010, and what a great week we had with everyone (adults and children) all enjoying themsleves immensely, and we would like to say a big thank you to Gerard the owner for letting us have the villa and for everything he did to ensure our holiday was a good one. The thing we were surprised at when we arrived was that the villa was even bigger and better in real life than it was in the photos used for its advertising. The villa was very spacious and very tastefully decorated, it was very modern,and finished to an extremely high standard with everything that you would need during your holiday, being provided. Gerard even arranged for us to be picked up at the airport when we arrived in portugal, and again at the villa on our return home. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, giving us excellent advice, even going as far as recommending some top class eating places. There were five children among the party and all of them thoroughly enjoyed themselves,making great use of the pool and the accessories that were provided by Gerard. We could keep an eye on the children at all times as the pool belonged to the villa and the villa was enclosed by a wall and gates, something we were very pleased about, to top it off the weather during our stay was glorious with everyone returning home with a nice healthy glow and talking about how our stay at Villa Anna was such a good and memorable one, with all agreeing that we should return to villa Anna in the very near future, and once again we must thank Gerard the owner fo making the holiday run very smooth and relaxing, through his provision of everything that is required for a good holiday and unlike most owners he was very helpful with nothing being any trouble. Conditions

1. Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.

2. Clients must provide their own beach towels.

3. Cot and high chair are available, could you please ask for them before arriving.

4. Your accommodation is reserved from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 11.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.

5.Villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.

6. The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.

7. Final payments must be received eight weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed. (but we will let you know)

8. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.

9. Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:

-Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing

Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:

Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit

7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost

5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost

4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost

An administration fee will be charged on all refunds

10. A refundable damage deposit of £250 - €300 , is payable upon your balance. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return if there is no damage to the property.
