Vila Anna is a luxurious & very spacious newly built villa perfectly located in the heart of Albufeira. Villa Anna benefits from a large 10mt x 5mt private pool. The villa is just a walk away from many fantastic restaurants in Albufeira, as well as the bars and discos and of course its beautiful beaches, Car not necessary.PERFECT LOCATION for golfer's as most of the top courses are just a short drive away.

Built over three levels, the 1st floor accommodates two bedrooms, the dining room and spacious living area, complete with Plasma television and two huge leather sofas. The Modern Kitchen is fully equipped and the gardens and pool areas are perfect for relaxing in the wonderful Algarve sunshine! The 2nd floor gives access to a huge roof terrace for more sunbathing, or some alfresco dining if you so desire! Here you will also find the master suite, complete with walk in wardrobe and another twin bedroom. All bedrooms have en suite.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Albufeira is about 40 km west of the Faro airport, which you can reach easily within half an hour via the highway IP1. Although Albufeira is known as a major tourist resort, it is amazing that you still find hardly any tourists in the old centre. When coming from the Tunnel (every tourist will end up there) turn right and you will arrive at the central place of Albufeira with all its restaurants. From there you may continue through the narrow touristic streets, back to the beach. Shortly before you arrive at the old fish market and "The Ruin" you find a street at your right hand. This will lead you to the old part of Albufeira, from where you have a magnificent view in both directions. The side streets are untouched by tourists and you still may see the local people chatting with each other from their windows.

The Albufeira / Montechoro area

The town of Albufeira is hugely popular and it's easy to understand why. It has beautiful beaches, a new marina, cafes, bars and restaurants to cater for every taste. Villa Pauline is located to the east near the famous 'strip' in Areias de São João, where nightclubs, discos and bars come to life in the evening. There is always lots going on in this lively area and there is a huge selection of places to shop, eat and drink! A car really isn't necessary, as you will find all amenities close by. A 'tourist train' runs from the 'strip' into Albufeira 'old town' every 20 minutes and will cost about 2€; if you don't fancy the walk to or from the beach - a taxi will only cost around 4€. For a fun day out try Aqualand or Slide and Splash Water Parks within 20 minutes drive. Cliff Richard Vineyard tours is also just 10 minutes away. Excursions can be booked with transport for all day trips.

“Very spacious, clean and easy access to shops/bars etc..” We stayed in Villa Anna for 10 nights, near to our arrival Gerard provided us with all the information we needed for our stay including nice restaurants, bars, good min bus service for 6 adults and 3 babies! We used this excellent taxi service every evening to bring us out and back again. It is only half hour form the airport which suited us with the kids. The villa was fab, very spacious, very clean and very secure. The only down fall was the beds were very uncomfortable. We will hopefully return at some stage to villa anna!

“Excellent villa” Stayed at Villa Anna 15th-22nd July 2012. We had a lovely time in a really splendid villa. Our family fully appreciated the pool, loved the lay out of the place and there was more than enough room to accomodate all 7 of us. Gerard was most helpful arranging our transfers and referred us to a minibus hire company who ferried us around whenever we called them. There prices were reasonable and they were very reliable. Went out most evenings for a meal, finding 'O Lusitano' resturant the best one (Gerrards recommendation). Visited Villamoura which has a beautiful marina and is well worth a visit. We would definately stay at Villa Anna if we ever visit Portugal again

“Beautiful, well maintained, 4 bedroomed villa with ensuites situated within 10 minutes walking distance from Albufera” The owner of Villa Anna is very helpful and provides lots of information about the villa and where to go and what to do during your holiday in Albufera. The villa is well maintained, nice furnishings, a lovely pool and is only 10 minutes walking distance from the centre of New Town Alufera The games room in the basement keeps the children (and those not so young) amused, as well as satellite TV and a DVD player. It is lovely that all the bedrooms have ensuites so as there is no fighting over the bathroom!. We would recommend this villa particularly to families, groups who want to play golf in the surrounding area and younger people who want to enjoy the night life.

“You won't want to leave!!” Stayed in villa Anna for one week, and what a great week it was. There with family of ten (brothers,sisters) reunion) lots of space and of course own pool what more could you ask for? But yes there was more..games room and beautifully laid out bedrooms with sun teraces and well maintained gardens.thanks again Gerard(owner) for a wonderful stay.quiet area 5 min walk to the fun,Tess Kildare Ireland .

“Amazing, villa, amazing trip!” A group of 8 travelled to Villa Anna to celebrate my forthcoming wedding. From the moment we walked through the front door we were in awe of this amazing place. So spacious, great decor, lovely pool and a superb location. We enjoyed dining in the Old Town at some delicious places and then went to 'the strip' to party. Taxis to the old town were only about 5 euros and the strip was within walking distance. Airport transfers were approx 38 euros for a mini bus. The villa's bedrooms were huge, and some had balconies. Lots of great wardrobe space and the bathrooms were lovely with really modern fit outs. Really helpful owner and the neighbour was also friendly - delivering us oranges for breakfast! Cannot wait to return soon!

“fantastic” the villa is bang up date the owner is so helpfull we felt we had known him for years nothing was a bother to him a rea l gent the property was so big we were not ontop of each other everything was spot on could not wish for anything else it is in walking distance from the strip also the taxi, s are very cheap we would definatly go again and would recommend this property to anyone also the owner owns the property next door so if you had a big family or groups of friends they are both ideal our only problem was the weather but as it was my birthday we had to go at this time probably go later in the year

“Golfing Trip 2012” Found Vila to be better than advertised on the net. Fridge stocked with beers / wine etc on arrival. Bedrooms as advertised - superb. Games rooms downstairs. Hot showers en suite on demand. Pool perfect. This place is a dream for couples or groups for golf. Close to all rated courses. Annabella as taxi - as provided by and recommended by Gerard could not be more helpful. Restaurants only 5 mins away in taxi. This place is a must. No difficulty in recommending this Vila to anyone. Do not worry about €300 refund. No damage no problem.

“A very hard act to follow.........” We stayed for 10 days and were extremely impressed with Villa Anna. The villa itself is fantastic with every mod con you could want. Location wise there's a good shop within 5mins and an abundance of restaurant & bars both within walking distance or a 10min taxi ride if you want to venture into the old town. There were 6 adults and 2 kids in our party and we had loads of space in the villa. The old town of Albufeira was great to walk around and a taxi to and from the villa was only € 5. Would recommend Zoomarine for a good family day out - excellent value we felt. This was our first villa holiday and the bar has been set very high.

Conditions

1. Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.

2. Clients must provide their own beach towels.

3. Cot and high chair are available, could you please ask for them before arriving.

4. Your accommodation is reserved from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 11.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.

5.Villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.

6. The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.

7. Final payments must be received eight weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed. (but we will let you know)

8. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.

9. Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:

-Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing

Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:

Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit

7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost

5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost

4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost

An administration fee will be charged on all refunds

10. A refundable damage deposit of £250 - €300 , is payable upon your balance. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return if there is no damage to the property.
