Villa Barreto is a traditional Algarvean house in a lovely quiet location on the edge of the Salgados Golf course and only 2 km from the superb Blue Flag Gale beach. There is a mini market, snack bar and restaurant in walking distance. There is also a good selection of restaurants and shops 5mins by car. Albufeira is 5 kms away. All facilities such as shops, restaurants, numerous beaches, golf, tennis and waterslide parks are all a short drive.
The accommodation has three separate units ideal for 2 or 3 families.
Five bedrooms (three double and two twin bedded rooms). Two bathrooms and one en -suite shower room. Fully fitted kitchen plus two kitchenettes, washing machine. Lounge/dining room. Second living room with satellite T.V. Large circular Private swimming pool, lawned garden with poolside furniture. Barbecue. Roof terrace with sea view.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned (this is available as an optional extra).

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve, located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europe’s best golf courses (20+), "Monchique" mountain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.
Although the Algarve is well known for its "sun, sea and golf" offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, which was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.
Albufeira / Vale de Parra area
The villa is located in Vale de Parra, close to some of the Algarve´s best beaches - with nice beach bars and restaurants.
Our villa management office is 1km from the villa and they offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided.
Albufeira town is 4kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia, a small town famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri', only 7min drive.
Zoomarine Park (sea life): 10min drive
Two Waterslide Parks: 10min & 20 min drive
Horse riding over the sand dunes: 5min drive
Water sports & jet ski on Galé Beach
Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira marina just 5min drive

Conditions
Refundable breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
