There is a lovely sized mosaic tiled swimming pool of 8.5m x 4.4m plus Roman steps surrounded by terraces and a small lawn with a shower and BBQ. The pool water is cleaned biologically so is particulary nice to swim in.This lovely villa is located on a small residential estate, with its own popular snack bar. The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk and is famous for its numerous good value restaurants of which there are over 20, also there is a daily fish and fruit & vegetable market and supermarkets. The beaches of Galé are approx 5 minutes by car (5km). Albufeira is also just 10 minutes by car. ‘Algarve Shopping’ the largest shopping complex in the region is only 5 minutes drive with multiscreen cinema and 10 pin bowling.
Accommodation is all arranged on the one level: Fully fitted new kitchen with American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Utility cupboard with washing machine. Lounge / dining room with TV and receiver for BBC / ITV and other channels . A twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with large walk in shower. Double bedroom and a shower room also with a large walk in shower. Sun roof terrace. The property is totally enclosed by walls and gates.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve, located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europe’s best golf courses (20+), "Monchique" mountain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.
Although the Algarve is well known for its "sun and sea" offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, which was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.
Albufeira / Guia area
The villa is located in Guia, a small town famous for its good value restaurants, 10 min drive from the beach and golf.
Our villa management office is 2.5km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided.
Albufeira town is 4kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia, a small town famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri', only 5min drive.

Horse riding over the sand dunes: 10min drive
Water sports & jet ski on Galé Beach

Conditions
Refundable breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
