This lovely villa enjoys a wonderful location at the end of a cul de sac offering maximum privacy with pleasant countryside views. The beaches of São Rafael, Coelho, Castelo and Galé and a selection of restaurants are all just a few minutes drive. There is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (9m x 4m) with steps and a ladder surrounded by terraces and lawned garden with a shower and BBQ, dining area and basketball hoop. Six sunbeds are provided. All rooms have air conditioning which is available as an optional extra (£60 per week).

This is all arranged on one level: 2 x Twin bedrooms, Double bedroom, 2 large bathrooms (one with a large walk-in shower, the other with a bath plus a walk-in shower). Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, two large fridges - door leading to a breakfast terrace.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve, located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europe’s best golf courses (20+), "Monchique" mountain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.
Although the Algarve is well known for its "sun and sea" offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, which was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.
Albufeira / Vale de Parra area
The villa is located in Vale de Parra, close to some of the Algarve´s best beaches - with nice beach bar/restaurants.
Our villa management office is 1.5 km from the villa and they offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided.
Albufeira town is 4kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia, a small town famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri', only 10min drive.

Horse riding over the sand dunes: 5min drive
Water sports & jet ski on Galé Beach

Conditions
A refundable breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakes or damage reported by our property management office.
