The villa is furnished to a high standard and is ideally located for the family holiday but the heart of albufeira is only minutes away. The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms one en suite and has a mixture of twin beds and doubles.Three of the bedrooms lead onto their own terrace for al fresco dining or just sun bathing.The lounge is very spacious and light and airy offering relaxing evenings.The kitchen is fully fitted and leads onto a balcony overlooking the countryside .
The villa offers the total private chill out holiday for all the family with the large pool and gardens and plenty of sun bathing space.The villa is only 2.5 kms away from albufeira and its beaches and nightlife and there is a bus service just about 20 metres from the villa it leaves every 15 minutes.Albufeira old town offers the typical old portuguese holiday with its quaint houses some dating back to 2000bc and its fresh sea food restaurants. The old town also has a varied arry of international restaurants such as indian,chinese,thai,french,italian, British, Irish and many more.The beach in the old town is called fisherman's beach and holds music festivals through out the year.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The algarve boast over 200 kms of golden sandy beaches and are free to use. The larger beaches have life guard patrols on in the summer months and the bars and cafes serve excellent food and cold drinks.Most of the beaches offer all water sports and sun loungers and parasols of which a charge is payable.
The algarve is also known for its weather giving over 300 days a year sunshine with the highest temperatures in July and august.
The cities of the algarve have strong links to the Romans and moors some dating back to 2000 bc this can be seen in the buildings and churches.
Albufeira / Pateo area
The area pateo is only minutes from the heart of albufeira. The famous zoo marine with its interactive dolphins is less than 5 minutes away and for a small charge you can swim with the dolphins.The zoo marine also has wild animal shows and does a lot for conservation of the wildlife across Portugal and is open 7 days a week all summer. The largest and oldest water park is only a short drive away and is great fun for all the family it also is open 7 days a week both these attractions have their own free bus service.
The village of pera is only 5 kms along the road and holds a sand design festival each year starting in may ending in october open from 9.00 to 10.00 pm 7 days a week. The largest shopping mall in the algarve is 5 minutes away and has over a 100 shops,restaurants and a cinema with English films played every day opens from 10.00am closes 11.00 pm through out the summer.
The newer part of albufeira is 10 minutes away and is famous for its strip which has a 100 bars and cafes,restaurants and night clubs open early closes very late and can be accessed by the bus service that leaves just 20 metres from the villa.
