The beautiful beach and promenade of Olhos D'Agua is a 4 minute walk away. The larger Falesia, Maria Luisa and Santa Eulalia beaches are only a short 5 minute drive away. Watersports are available at the beaches and there is a selection of Waterparks to choose from including the world famous Zoo Marine where you can swim with dolphins.
Within a 5 minute drive from the apartment there are a choice of golf courses (Pine Cliffs and Balia Golf Village) and the famous golf courses and marina of Villamoura are only a 10 minute drive away.

The main street in Olhos D’Agua winds downhill, with bars and restaurants along the way, and leads to the popular sandy beach at the bottom. The beach follows round the coast in both directions and the rocky red cliffs and pine trees make for an impressive backdrop.
Olhos D’Agua has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun. By day, there are plenty of beaches to explore and by night there is a variety of local restaurants and bars to enjoy. For those wishing to venture further afield, there are a number of theme parks and zoos to be enjoyed by all the family, not to mention the array of world class golf courses within easy driving distance, so you can make your holiday as active or peaceful as you like.
The local nightlife scene is relaxed and family orientated. The nightlife is much livelier in Albufeira (where the famous 'Strip' can be found) which is only 5 minutes away in a taxi. The charming old town and Marina of Albufeira is less than 10 minutes away in a taxi. A wide range of restaurants and bars together with a marina can be found within the resort of Villamoura which is less than 15 minutes away in a taxi.

Further details outdoors: The apartment has two balconies. The master bedroom has access to a curved balcony with sea views. Two sun loungers can be found here. The other balcony is accessed via the living room or second bedroom. Guests can dine al fresco using the table and chairs that are sited here. A large roof sun terrace is available for guests, as are the shared gardens, pools and tennis court.; all of which are key-accessed. There is a pool-side shower.
The grounds of the apartment are secured with locking gates and guests can benefit from underground parking with lift access to the apartment.

Prices are inclusive of clean laundry and towels although guests must provide their own pool and beach towels. The apartment will be cleaned and all bedlinen and towels laundered weekly to correspond with weekly rentals. However if you book the apartment for a longer stay and would like it to be cleaned and linen and towels to be laundered, then this can be arranged for you at an additional cost.
On booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The 70% balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival, together with a £200 breakage deposit. The breakage deposit will be refunded within fourteen days of your departure subject to satisfactory inspection. Rental includes all bills in the apartment. Private airport return transfers can be arranged on request for 9 euros per person each way.
