About the home

The apartment is fully air conditioned with large lounge area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and an en suite shower room. A large flat screen TV with all the UK channels and a DVD player is available in the lounge area. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with solid wood flooring in the bedrooms and marble tiling in all other areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the master bedroom and plenty of storage space in the 2nd bedroom.

The apartment is located close to all amenities including restaurants, marina and night life. Golf is of course one of the main sporting activities in the Algarve and the major golf courses are just a short drive away. There is Tennis available in town, numerous water sports at the beaches, a water park and fishing.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve Region has superb all year round weather and has many varied activities to suit all age groups and tastes. The records of the area show that there are more hours of sunshine every year in the Algarve than in Florida.

The beaches are fantastic and there is a great night life only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The Albufeira / Boa Vista area

Boa Vista is close to the Old Town of Albufeira. Shopaholics can also indulge themselves with a visit to the Algarve Shopping Complex close to Guia, which is a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Designer boutiques are located alongside jewellers, discount outlets and one of the largest supermarkets in the area.

If you’re looking for a more relaxing holiday, you can stroll along numerous secluded and very beautiful beaches, eat and drink at a vast range of restaurants, cafes and bars in the local area.

Faro airport is just 25 mins drive from the apartment. Many airlines fly to Faro from the UK including Ryanair, Globespan, Easyjet, BMI and many other charter and low cost operators.

A 25% deposit is taken to secure the booking. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings accepted at short notice will need to be paid in full at time of reservation.

A £100 security deposit is taken in addition to rental rate to cover any damages or loss during your stay at the property. This payment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival. If no damage or loss is reported this deposit will be returned in full within seven days of the end of the booked period.

The deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 5 weeks of arrival date

Cot hire available @ 25 Euros per week

High Chair also available @ 25Euros per week

Welcome pack available @ 30 Euros includes basics bread milk cheese ham and alcohol etc

Airport transfers can be arranged on your behalf up to 4 people 45 Euros EW up to 6 people 55 Euros EW
