About the home

Quinta do Vale is located in a short distance from famous and very beautiful Gale beach area. The apartment is very lovely and beautifully decorated. It is a very private and modern complex of just few town house type apartments.

Lovely swimming pool, lots of features. Quinta do Vale has everything you need in it but if you want to go to Albufeira strip or discos it will take you just few minutes drive. There is an underground parking with automated doors for your extra convenience. Have a nice dinner with a glass of wine on the terrace or near the fireplace. And enjoy your holiday at Vale Parra!

Very safe for your children. Just let them play over the territory and children's' swimming pool. The gate is always close for strangers!

Booking conditions are specified at the bottom of the rates table.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / NO SHOW

Booking is not refundable if cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival or in case of "no show".

Part refund will be issued if cancelled more than 6 weeks before arrival according to the table below:

6 weeks to 3 months before arrival: refund of 50% of the total rent (if paid)
3 month to 6 month before arrival: refund of 70% of the total rent (if paid)
over 6 month before arrival: refund of 80% of the total rent (if paid)

In many cases we require only 20% (minimum 200EUR) non-refundable deposit to book the property and allow the remaining balance to be paid on arrival. Effectively, in most cases it means that if cancelled you only loose 20% of the total rent even if cancellation is made less that 6 months before arrival despite figures in the table above.

In many cases we tend NOT to collect refundable part of the rent to avoid bank foreign transaction charges in case of cancellations.

Everybody will definitely find something for himself in Albufeira and around it. Famous strip road just off the Albufeira town centre won’t let you become bored at all. Lots of shops, pubs and football clubs. People say it's a "Little Britain" out there, apart from the weather of course. You will love it!

There are also plenty of places to visit with your children. "Zoomarine," "The Big One" and "Slide and Splash" are all within easy reach. Some smaller attractions are in the area too.
