About the home

Very good size apartment in the heart of Albufeira. Close to all amenities. Two supermarkets, one nextdoor and one opposite the house. Two balconies (one facing private swimming pool), barbeque on the second balcony. Located on the second floor of a three storey building with only 12 apartments in a building. Five minutes walk to the strip. Central Albufeira beach (Fishermans' Beach) just 3 minutes walk! Self service laundry shop opposite. Total area of the apartment: 75 sq.meters ! Couldn't be more convenient than that. No need to rent a car at all.

Living room is separate from the kitchen. Both bedroom and living room have built-in wardrobes and chests of drawers. Separate kitchen with the balcony. Large coridor.

Bicycles available on request (2 of them) for 20 euros a week per bicycle (brackage deposit will be required).
Very clean condominium with only 12 apartments in a building.

Booking conditions are specified at the bottom of the rates table.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / NO SHOW

Booking is not refundable if cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival or in case of "no show".

Part refund will be issued if cancelled more than 6 weeks before arrival according to the table below:

6 weeks to 3 months before arrival: refund of 50% of the total rent (if paid)
3 month to 6 month before arrival: refund of 70% of the total rent (if paid)
over 6 month before arrival: refund of 80% of the total rent (if paid)

In many cases we require only 20% (minimum 200EUR) non-refundable deposit to book the property and allow the remaining balance to be paid on arrival. Effectively, in most cases it means that if cancelled you only loose 20% of the total rent even if cancellation is made less that 6 months before arrival despite figures in the table above.

In many cases we tend NOT to collect refundable part of the rent to avoid bank foreign transaction charges in case of cancellations.

Algarve is the southernmost province of Portugal. It is well known for its endless year round sunshine, long beaches and excellent conditions for sporting and other activities. Truly the best and the most popular destination now in Algarve is Albufeira town. It is considered to be the Heart of the resort and combines everything in it from Old Town Churches and places of interest, famous fish markets, beautiful views and countryside to a modern life, discos, bars and night clubs.

The Albufeira area

Everybody will definitely find something for himself in Albufeira and around it. Famous strip road just off the Albufeira town centre won’t let you become bored at all. Lots of shops, pubs and football clubs. People say it's a "Little Britain" out there, apart from the weather of course. You will love it!

There are also plenty of places to visit with your children. "Zoomarine," "The Big One" and "Slide and Splash" are all within easy reach. Some smaller attractions are in the area too.

- by coach (17 euros to Albufeira coach station) + taxi about 4 euros for 4 people (or just walk)
- by train (17.50 euros from Lisbon Oriente to Albufeira Train station) + taxi about 5 euros for 4 people
