Set back from the main road the apartment is quiet and peaceful with easy acces being on the ground floor. One of the great features of this stunning apartment is that the main pool and separate children's pool is just a few steps from the lounge and patio area. Ideal for those families with young children. On site there is a restaurant/take-away and also a Clubhouse serving food and drinks with a children's' play area and 'pitch and putt'.
With one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a third guest room with comfortable double sofabed, the apartment is ideal for families. There is one en-suite bathroom and a second family bathroom both with showers over the bath. The modern kitchen has everything you need to make your stay feel like "home from home".

The apartment has been fully redecorated for 2012. There is a cot and high chair available for use in the apartment.
Air conditioning is installed in the living area and also both bedrooms.
The TV satellite system provides access to hundreds of "free to view" channels including UK stations BBC and ITV plus others.
This apartment offers everything you need to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One of the wonderful features of this apartment are the large private terraces on both the front and rear of the apartment. Doors from both the kitchen and lounge lead on to the rear terrace which has tables and chairs for al fresco dining or simply relaxing. Just a few more steps from this terrace is the communal pool terrace which is equipped with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a main pool and shallow children's pool both set in well maintained gardens.
Guests also have free access to the Clubhouse pool which is immediately alongside the Clubhouse Restaurant and Bar which serves food all day throughout the summer season. Here there is also a mini golf course, children's play area and internet cafe.
Newly opened in 2011 is also a separate onsite restaurant and takeaway, serving Chicken Piri Piri and many other local dishes at very reasonable prices.

A refundable breakages deposit of £/€250 is to be paid in cash on arrival. This will normally be refunded on departure but no more than a maximum of 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is one of the world's most attractive holiday destinations offering 160 km of gorgeous, golden, sandy beaches, rocky coves, clear waters, rugged cliffs and enchanting grottoes.
The region is blessed with a wonderful climate, ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports in summer, and mild enough in spring, autumn and winter for tennis, golf, clifftop or countryside walking, exploring and sightseeing.
Despite the obvious influence of tourism, a short drive inland reveals the true Algarve where life goes on much as it has for many centuries. This brightly coloured and verdant region is filled with orange groves, almond trees in blossom, carob and fig trees, and fragrant pines as well as some cork farms which are still in operation today.
The Mediterranean plants and trees put on a magnificent show throughout the year and there are plenty of nature parks and sanctuaries along the whole of the Algarve that attract many animals and birds.
For the sports enthusiasts, the Algarve has ideal conditions and top class facilities; The Algarve boasts a multitude of golf courses with many enjoying highly prized reputations. Watersports are second to none with the West coast beaches offering the best surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions.
Places of interest include the region's capital Faro and its old town, Loule and its market situated in a recently renovated Moorish building, Silves and its red fortress, Caldas de Monchique for its thermal waters, Portimao’s old town and port, Lagos for its vitality and historical interest and Cabo de S. Vicente with its imposing light-house.
Above all, the Algarve is a children's haven with several exciting water parks, 'Zoomarine' sealife centre, horse riding centres and plenty of fun on the beaches!
Whatever your preference, you will find your personal paradise in the Algarve.
The Albufeira / Corcovada area
Corcovada is ideally placed as, although it is in a quiet setting on the outskirts of Albufeira, it is just a five minute walk from the famous "strip" and many restaurants and nightlife. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance.
The beach at Praia d’Oura (10-15 min walk) offers a wide variety of watersports, including windsurfing, water-skiing, parascending, jet skis and the always popular, banana boat rides, whilst scuba diving can be found in the next cove along. Many boat trips depart from Praia d’Oura - a great way to explore the hidden grottoes of the stunning Algarve coastline - and there are plenty of fishing trips available. There are many smaller quieter coves to be found around Praia d’Oura, and Albufeira can be reached on foot along the coast.
Santa Eulalia beach is also just 15 min walk and offers beautiful golden sands, perfect for children.
The nearest golf course is Balaia Golf which is situated in the Santa Eulalia area of Albufeira.
Zoo Marine is based in Guia a short car/bus ride. Zoo Marine features dolphin and tropical bird shows, an aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens.
Old town Albufeira is about 1km away, just a short ride on the "tourist train" which operates throughout the year . Here there is a mixture of the historic and traditional flavour of the Algarve with cobbled streets and picturesque leafy town squares, plus a superb variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The Old Town is a very safe family orientated area with free entertainment available nightly at many bars in the summer season.
For many visitors the golden sandy beaches and the vibrant nightlife offered here provide the perfect holiday ingredients.

The property is let on a self-catering basis with everything you need including washing machine and dish washer. The property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before guest arrival with clean towels and bedding. We do NOT provide a maid service. However, where a guest requires a mid-stay clean and/or fresh towels and linen, this can be provided if requested in advance at the time of booking. The charge will be agreed in advance, confirmed in writing, and must be paid directly to the property managers before the departure date.Book
