Conditions

Sorry no pets allowed. We kindly ask that you do not smoke in the house but are welcome to smoke in the terraces.

A non refundable 30% deposit is required when booking to secure dates. Balance required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of 200€ is to be paid on arrival and returned on departure. Payments by bank transfer.

Pricing includes:
- a per week linen and towel change plus a midweek quick clean and towel change.
- water and power used during your stay.

Please bring own beach/pool towels and do not use the property towels for outside activities. Check in from 2 pm and check out till 10 am, although we'll be flexible if possible, depending on bookings.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Albufeira / Balaia Golf Village area

Balaia is located in central Algarve between Vilamoura and Albufeira. The sandstone cliffs, the almond and pine trees along with the golden sandy beaches make it one of the hidden gems of the Algarve.

Albufeira old town (10 min) is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses.It holds festivals all summer long from music to the sardine festival (in August) and then there’s the new year eves party on Fisherman's beach with artists from all around the globe performing on the beach.

Vilamoura (15 min) has more championship golf courses than any other place in Europe and the marina has over a thousand boats moored and lots of people enjoying the sun and the scenery in the cafes and restaurants.

Albufeira and Vilamoura marinas have daily boat trips to cruise the coastline: go for dolphin watching or for big game & reef fishing. The famous Zoomarine with its interactive dolphins and water slides is only 10 minutes away and can be accessed by their own bus service. The oldest and largest aqua park in Portugal is called Aqualand (10 min) and is open from March to October and is a great day out for all the family young or old.

The village of Armação de Pera (15 min) holds a sand festival every year starting in June and ending in October with artists from all over the world taking part in the festival (opens at 9.00 am closes at 10.00pm serves food and cold drinks throughout the day).

- Crazy World (zoo & mini golf)
- River trips and Jeep Safaris with barbecue
