7 Bedroom Villa - Legeado / Albufeira:

Spacious 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom villa with games room and bar and Wi-Fi internet can sleep up to 18 including children.

The pool can be gated off for young children on request ,

This seven bedroom detached villa with a great roof terrace is ideal for the extended family holidays or couples travelling together with children.. Walking distance to the beach and the Strip.

All bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower room plus there are a further 2 toilets The kitchen is fully equipped and includes washing machine and dishwasher.

With its own games room and bar area it is ideal for family groups and the pool area is fully closed for children's security.

This villa now as air-conditioning available for 100 Euros a week and must be confirmed on booking ,

The villa will sleep up to 18 people including using the 2 family bedrooms which sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children in each.

The bedrooms have been changed for the 2012 season with new beds in every room and new curtains and matching covers and we have already added another bedroom with its own small lounge and individual entrance making this a 7 bedroom villa with each bedroom having its own bathroom for 2012 ,

Well furnished and fitted , this villa is ideal for families travelling together.

The villa is perfectly situated for all Albufeira has to offer.

The beach is around 1000 meters - This as got to be one of the best villas Albufeira as to offer for large groups of family or friends .

Although the Strip is only 500 meters from the property , the Albufeira Old Town with its quaint narrow streets abundance of shops, restaurants and night life is also nearby.

Around the pool area there is a large Bbq area with a separate bread oven with sink and work area as well as an undercover seating and dining area with lighting.

The pool can be heated up to 30º Celius in the winter for an additonal 150 € per week and must be confirmed at least two weeks before arrival ,

The pool area can also be closed off for childrens safety ,

A Security deposit of 80 Euros per adult will be required in cash on arrival ,

“Everything you need and more” Organising a stay for a party of 18 adults is challenging to say the least. Trying to find a villa which accommodates 18 is near impossible. Thank goodness for villa Legeado! It is one of the only villas I could find in Albufeira which accommodates so many people and one of the cheapest. Dale the villa owner was a pleasure to deal with and replied promptly to all emails sent. On arrival our airport transfers organised by dale were waiting for us and the drivers polite and friendly. The villa has everything you should ever need including a large pool area, BBQ, games room, massive living room and sun terrace. All bedrooms were large in size and all had ensuite bathrooms. There is a large supermarket on the doorstep and it is a 10 minute walk to the strip. The trip was a stag do so I was hesitant prior to booking as know some villa owners frown up on stag party's. This was not an issue here as long as your responsible and take care of the villa. Would definitely stay again! “Spacious, superbly maintained and with everyone you need for a great holiday.” We moved here following problems with another villa and we were extremely glad we did so. The heated pool was brilliant for the kids, the games room kept us occupied when it rained, UK TV, enough space to get lost in, lovely roof terrace - basically this villa has everything that you need. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk, very convenient for the supermarket (1 minute away) and the beaches which are about a 20 minute walk away are quite easy to get to and plenty of shops to look in on the walk down. All in all it worked out very well for us and we are glad we made the decision to stay here. PS.
