This property is located in a well known and at the same time very private Ferreiras town just off Albufeira. This is the first time this property is on Holiday Lettings as it was just finished and fully decorated up to a highest standards. Everything is brand new and lovely, large sitting room with huge leather sofa, coffee table, 42'' Plazma TV with satellite digibox. Plenty of channels for you and your children. Huge kitchen with dining table is fully fitted and tastefully decorated.
There is also a small but very well decorated garden with grass cover and stationary barbecue for your lovely evenings with glass of wine. Second floor is superbly furnished and designed as well. Master bedroom with underbed backlights (!) kingsize bed and modern wardrobe. Second bedroom is purposely decorated for children. Just look at the pictures!!! Your kids won't want to move away.
Of course, there are two toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs with bathroom). This condominium also offers a private swimming pool only for residents (tenants). Lovely area around the pool covered with mowed grass so that you can enjoy sunshine there and then.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
HISTORY: Today, Albufeira and Ferreiras is a favourite holiday destination, being famous for its beautiful beaches, amazing countryside, vibrant night-life, splendid golf courses, excellent hostelries, culture and popular customs, and the friendly charm and welcome of its people. The wonderful climate, warm and sunny all year round, gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of sport, cultural and leisure activities.
GOOD FOOD: For those who don’t mind cooking on their holidays, a good meal can cost very little. However, the temptation to try at least one good traditional Portuguese dish will be very difficult to resist – so, it’s better to give in and try one of the many quality restaurants scattered all over the Algarve. From the most simple of dishes, to the most elaborate, the prices will vary between less than 10€ and 50€ per person, this including drinks and desserts.
CLIMATE: The sea water temperature starts at around 14ºC in January and reaches a high 22ºC in August. A pleasant sea breeze refreshes the average annual temperature of the region, which is 17,7ºC (15ºC in January and up to 28ºC or more in July and August). The Algarve can also count on around 3.000 hours of Sun during the year which makes it a favourite destination for those who fancy such a delightful climate.
Albufeira / Ferreiras area
There lots of places to visit in Ferreiras and Albufeira. For your children enjoy visiting Zoomarine water park or just take a ride on a city tourist train for just 2.50 a day.
Central Albufeira beach (Fishermans Beach) offering even more places to sit down and have your meal and drink while enjoying fantastic view of the ocean.
