Brand new 2-bedroom Apartment situated close to the Old Town of Albufeira. The apartment is located just above the Old Town and has a magnificent sea views from the balcony.Enjoy a casual stroll to the famous Fisherman's beach where you can relax and soak up the sun.
This is a new apartment block which overlooks the Old Town of Albufeira in the East. Due to it being centrally located there is no need to hire a car as most amenities are all within walking distance. The famous Fisherman's beach is a short walk from the apartment and after a long day in the sun you can enjoy sundowners from the balcony which has a lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean. In the evenings take a casual stroll to the Old Town which has a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and a vibrant night-life.
On site there is a communal swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. The local supermarket where you can purchase all your provisions is less the 500m from the apartment and is open from 08h30 until 20h00 everyday of the week

The interior of the apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The finishes are of a good quality. A lot of care has been taken to create the right ambience for guests to thoroughly enjoy their holidays.

Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
Clients must provide their own beach towels.
Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
Apartments and villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
-Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
An administration fee will be charged on all refunds
A refundable damage deposit of 200 € is payable in cash upon your arrival.. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve as a region enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine per annum. It is has the benefit of being within a short flight from most UK and European destinations. Situated on the Western tip of Europe it offers a mild climate and hence is fast becoming a sought after holiday destination.
There is a wide range of activities to satisfy most demands. From golf in the cooler months to a huge variety of watersports, aqua theme parks and walking / biking trails from which to choose.
The Albufeira / Boa Vista area
Albufeira is regarded by many as the "Toursist Capital" of the Algarve.It has the benefit of being only a short drive from Faro airport which is accessible by the A22 motorway. In addition to which the town has a vibrant night-life and a huge selection of restaurants to satisfy the most demanding of "tastebuds". In close proximity there are a selection of water theme parks which provide the family with a great day's entertainment
