About the home

Villa 14 is a new for 2009, it´s a very modern 4 bedroom property that sleeps 8 comfortably. Situated in Albufeira,it offers everything that you could possibly wish for to enjoy that well deserved break in the sun. The heated pool is set in a private garden with a BBQ area which is ideal for alfresco dining at it´s best. Sun loungers are scattered around the pool side, ideally placed to spend those long sunny days which are so typical of the Algarve. If you prefer the warmth but not the direct sunlight you can simply push a button to extend the 6m sun canopy.
From the varous balconies you are able to enjoy those quiet moments reading your favourite novel or just soaking up the sun. Villa 14 is situated in an area called Santa Eulalia located not far from the the town centre of Albufeira.
Take a short walk to enjoy a meal at any one of the many restaurants follwed by a night out in the vibrant "Old Town" or on the "strip" (a road famous for it´s bars and restaurants).
The closest beach is Praia Santa Eulalia, only a 5 minute drive, or at most a 20 minute walk away. The sand is fine and has a bright white colour.It is exceptionally clean and offers beach bars, a small shop and ample parking.
Golf. You could argue that The Algarve is the golfing capital of Europe. There are 5 golf courses locally and countless others in the surrounding area. Only a 15 minute drive takes you to the resort of Vilamoura, where you can enjoy many top class courses or enjoy the outstanding Marina full of bars, restuarants, shops,etc.

The Villa is furnished to a high standard and equipped with all the latest technology including Ipod dock and Xbox game system. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need in order to prepare a light meal or gourmet dinner.
This Villa is ideal for the discerning tourist who likes luxury when on holiday, it is finished to a very high standard. We like it to be a home from home so you will find everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including a full size oven with1 el. ring and 3 gas rings on hob. All bed linen and bath towels are provided but please bring beach towels. There is very comfortable seating and a table for outdoor dining. There are sunloungers around the poolside private sunbathing.

2. Clients must provide their own beach towels.
3. Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
4. Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
5. Apartments and villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
6. The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
7. Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
8. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
9. Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:

-Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
An administration fee will be charged on all refunds

10. A refundable damage deposit of 250 €, is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.

A short walk by day to "Santa Eulalia" beach or "Oura" beach, and in the evening to "The Strip" with its lively atmosphere or where you can take the tour bus to the nearby "Old Town" and "Fisherman's Beach" if a chilled out ambience is your preferred.
