About the home

A large, 1st floor apartment, with a stunning view of the sea, this well maintained and recently renovated property is perfectly placed for exploring both the old town and the new marina complex and is in easy reach of the main beach. With flexible sleeping arrangements it is suitable for up to 4 adults and 4 children or a maximum of 6 adults. Well stocked supermarket is 1 min walk away. Rental includes use of a season ticket for the Cerro Grande Pool & Bar.

Kitchen completely re-fitted in 2008, containing cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.

Lounge/dining room with dining table and 8 chairs, double sofa bed and 2 armchairs, TV, video, DVD, satellite TV, music centre. Selection of DVDs and many books.

Sun room with double sofa bed and ample seating.

Bathrooms completely re-fitted in 2012 creating a new ensuite bathroom off the double bedroom and a separate shower room with WC

Welcome to sunny Algarve where the climate is always perfect, never too cold in the winter and not overbearingly hot in the summer either. There are nice old towns to visit in the region and beautiful beaches all along a dramatic coastline.

The Albufeira / Cerro Grande area

Old town (with bars and restaurants), main sandy beach, new marina complex all within 10 minutes walk. Season ticket held for the Cerro Grande Pool & Bar - maximum of 10 minutes walk away. Nearby commercial centre, including Alisuper supermarket, restaurant, bar, cafe, service wash launderette and local managing agent for the apartment.

Transfer from the airport to the apartment takes approx 45mins by car/taxi and may be arranged on request.
