A non-refundable deposit of 25% of rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
A refundable breakage deposit of £150 is required which will be returned two weeks after departure on satisfactory inspection.

The Algarve boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. Olhos d'Agua is situated between Albufeira and Vilamoura. It is approximately a five minute drive to Albufeira and fifteen minutes to Vilamoura. Olhos d'Agua is a lovely fishing village with much to offer.
The beautiful beach with water sports is a five minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy and banks are all within a few minutes walk. A taxi rank is literally a stones throw from the apartment.
The Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area
There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and the food here is delicious. Fish is a speciality but they cater for everyone. The food and drink here is cheaper than it's neighbouring resorts. It is quiet and peaceful over the low season and in the high season buzzing with life. It is ideal not only for couples and families but for anyone as the night life in Albufeira is very close to hand.
In Albufeira there is a water park and Zoomarine which the kids will love. There is also a shopping centre with plenty of shops and a wide variety of restaurants including the usual fast food chains. It also has a cinema and bowling alley. The old town of Albufeira is well worth a visit with it's small cobbled street and quaint shops and restaurants. Vilamoura is a cosmopolitan town with a beautiful marina and an international casino. For the golf enthusiasts there are world class courses within the surrounding area.

Fantastic accommodation with all the mod cons you'll need to make your stay enjoyable, Large open plan lounge/Kitchen with fully equipped bathroom and a double bedroom The Balcony is brilliant with sun virtually all day Good size communal pool, terrace area and Tennis court The location of the Apartment is on the outskirts of Albufeira old town which is about a 5 euro taxi ride but central Albufeira would be considerable more so I would suggest arranging Car hire from start to finish of you break Plenty of bars, restaurants, café's shops and supermarkets within a minute or so walk An very enjoyable and relaxing break |

My husband and 18 month old baby had a very pleasant week at this apartment. The balcony was large enough to sunbathe on and also dry clothes as well as store toys. The kitchen and bathroom were in new condition and had everything we needed. It was only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The beach was crowded and it was a steep hill to climb with a buggy but it was worth it ! We liked that it was a quiet family resort with little noise at night but a short taxi ride took you into Albufeira if you wanted something different. We would definately stay here again. |
