The beautiful swimming pool area has pretty landscaped gardens, children's play area and a snack bar. The open plan living room, with well-equipped kitchenette, leads out to a balcony, with outdoor furnishings, perfect for a memorable self catering holiday.
The complex is extremely secure with controlled access at all entrances and well positioned within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shops, bars, internet cafes, a supermarket and public transport.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve has a temperate climate almost all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. The tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quiets down in the dead of winter. Even then, there are many days when it is warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside at the pavement cafes and enjoy the balmy weather.
Albufeira area
The apartment is superbly positioned in a quiet complex, yet within easy walking distance of all amenities, including the famed ‘Strip’, with its vibrant nightlife, which is less than a 5 minute walk away. The Old Town is a 20 minute walk or a short ride on the tourist train which stops near Quinta Pedra dos Bicos and runs every 20 - 30 minutes all year round. In summer, it operates all day and most of the night. Oura is a very popular location as there is so much to do in the immediate area without the necessity of a car. There are many restaurants, bars and shops nearby and buses to theme parks pass by daily. The complex overlooks the sandy Praia da Oura beach, with direct access from the pool area.
