Enjoy the best of both worlds - the privacy, peace and quiet offered by a stay in a typical Portuguese village with the convenience of easy access to the lively resort of Albufeira, the shopaholics paradise 'Algarve Shopping' and the historic towns of Silves, Loule and Monchique.

The house is set in lovely countryside just inland from the stunning beaches of the Algarvian coast. The local village of Paderne offers several good cafes/bars, a shop and a couple of restaurants. Altogether a perfect all year round holiday destination.

This is a really well equipped and stylish property ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances including, dishwasher, fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine.

The open plan lounge/dining area has a working fireplace and double doors leading out onto the terrace and private garden area with built in BBQ.TV and HI- Fi with Satellite providing English Channels.

There are 2 double bedrooms and one with twin beds - all have fitted wardrobes. The master has a fully tiled shower room en suite and a private balcony.

There is a fully equipped main bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating and fly screens.

The complex has been built in local style and has pretty white washed houses with colourful planting and cobbled streets entered through electronic gates providing extra security and piece of mind.

The house also has its own private driveway and garage parking. The garden is well planted with shrubs, flower borders and lawn area.There is a built in BBQ with sink for outdoor entertaining and a paved terrace with garden furniture.
There is access to a communal pool with spotlights and a separate shower.

Conditions

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure bookings. Final balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
A refundable breakages deposit of £200.00 is required on arrival - to be paid directly to our local English Manager, who will inspect the property with you before departure.

We prefer accommodation payments to be in euros please and will provide bank details for this purpose. Please note that some banks may make a charge for this payment.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is an all year round holiday destination with plenty on offer to suite all tastes. The Central Algarve region is home to an ever expanding number of World Class golfing facilities and boasts many fine beaches with good bars and restaurants.

The weekly colourful market at Loule is definitely worth a visit as are the historic towns of Silves with its castle and Monchique with its thermal spas.

Lisbon is about 2.5 hours away and the less crowded area of the eastern Algarve and the pretty towns of Tavira and Olhao are worth searching out too. Spain can also be reached in a day and Seville the home of the Tapas bar has lots to tempt the visitor.

The Albufeira / Paderne area

Local places of interest include the remains of Paderne Castle,the Algarve Shopping complex,the pretty town of Alte and the numerous traditional Portuguese restaurants in and around the area.

Guia (15 minutes away) is home to the famous Piri Piri restaurants and provides a wide variety of eating options to suit all budgets.

Fly to Faro all year round with budget airlines from most UK airports.

Car Hire pick up at Faro is well organised, quick and efficient, followed by an easy drive to the property. Alternative car hire can be arranged through our local British House Manager if preferred.
