About the home

This superb two-bedroom apartment sleeps four to six people and is part of a brand new luxury complex in Olhos d’Agua on the sunny Algarve. This first-floor apartment is ideally situated in a corner position, providing more windows for a light and airy ambience. Each of the bedrooms and lounge have patio doors opening on to a balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the fabulous Algarve views.

Guests have the use of the communal pool, baby pool and flood-lit tennis court, or can simply sit in the sun and enjoy the manicured gardens. We provide tennis racquets and balls and a sun umbrella for the poolside to increase your enjoyment of the amenities. Alternatively, the beach is only five minutes walk away. If you do wish to venture further afield however, there is an abundance of historic towns, fishing villages and beaches to visit, not to mention the world class golf courses which can be found all along the Algarve.

Master bedroom has king size bed, built-in double wardrobe with drawer and shelf space and patio doors leading onto balcony. En-suite with bath and shower.

Twin room has two single beds, hanging space, drawers and patio doors leading onto balcony.

Open plan lounge and dining area has a double sofa bed and dining table and chairs. Sliding patio doors with security shutters and mosquito blinds lead onto sunny balcony. Also includes Sky TV (including BBC, ITV, Sky New and BBC News channels), DVD player and CD player.

Apartment has a spacious hall with additional drawer space and room to store golf clubs, pram etc.

Apartment set in manicured gardens, with shared pools and tennis court. Tennis racquets and balls provided, and sun umbrella available for use around the pool area.

The grounds of the apartment are secured with locking gates, and guests will benefit from locked underground parking.

Apartment is accessed from ground level and underground parking by a shared stairs and lift.

We can arrange for the hire of a cot, high chair, babysitting, wifi, food parcels and internet access. Details and prices available on request.

Conditions

On booking, a 30% deposit is required. The 70% balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival, together with a €200 breakage deposit. The deposit will be returned within a week of departure on satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

The main street in Olhos d’Agua winds downhill, with bars and restaurants along the way, and leads to the popular sandy beach at the bottom. The beach follows round the coast in both directions, and the rocky red cliffs and pine trees make for an impressive backdrop.

Olhos d’Agua has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun. By day, there are plenty of beaches to explore, and by night there is a variety of local restaurants to enjoy. For those wishing to venture further afield, there are a number of theme parks and zoos to be enjoyed by all the family, not to mention the array of world class golf courses within easy driving distance, so you can make your holiday as active or peaceful as you like.
