Contemporary, beautifully furnished apartment, 30 mins from Faro Airport, 10 mins walk from Albufeira beaches and town centre. Zoomarine Water Park and golf courses all within 15-20 mins drive. Fully air conditioned with sea view and 3 balconies. Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons. TV, DVD, Satellite; HiFi with iPod docking facility, a selection of CDs, DVDs and family games. On-site office will assist with booking taxis, car hire, baby sitting services etc. Child friendly site with grassed area, crazy golf and child safe swimming pool.

Booking via owners by email or telephone. Non-refundable booking deposit of 20%. Balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. Security deposit of £150 payable on booking and refundable 10 days after departure.

4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is a fantastic holiday destination because it really does have something for everybody. The portugese people are extremely friendly and very family orientated.The region offers superb sports facilities, great food and a wonderful climate all year round which makes it particularly popular with Golfers all year round (with 25 courses to choose from and more on the way), and sun worshippers from March until November. The Algarve is easy to get to, and easy to get around if you are interested in sight seeing. Water sports enthusiasts are spoiled for choice, as are lovers of good living – restaurants, bars, clubs are flourishing and offer something for all ages and tastes.
The Algarve coastline boast some of Europe’s most spectacular beaches, Choose from broad expanses of white sand, small cove beaches backed by red cliffs, beaches where cosmopolitan beach parties are a summer constant, to the pristine, deserted beaches of the Western coast.

For the more adventurous it is worth exploring the inland regions - the lush vegetation of the Monchique Mountains, traditional villages like Alte and Cacela Velha and the many small villages. Getting around couldn’t be easier with a growing network of major roads making the whole region accessible.

The Albufeira / Corcovada area

Albufeira is the tourist capital of the Algarve and being so central it facilitates quick and easy access to visit all the other Algarve resorts - a truly perfect base from which to explore. The Old Town still retains its charm, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down and town centre comes alive offering international cuisine and entertainment. As a tourist resort it remains open all year round. Children are particularly catered for with nearby karting, Animal Park, Zoomarine, Slide & Splash and Aqualand, and golfers have a large choice of world-class courses to play on.
A selection of amenities on the doorstep, including banks, shops, local markets and restaurants.The apartment is 5 mins walk from the"Strip" providing a range of shops/bars/restaurants and clubs. The old Town is a 5min taxi drive away.

“A great place to stay” 6 girls stayed here on June 2011 and had a fantastic time. The villa has everything you need and is close to all the bars, restaurants etc. There is a supermarket nearby to get all your supplies and an onsite travel bookers for trips. All in all a great holiday.

“Beautiful apartment” The apartment is better than the pictures look, the location is great and the facilities are excellent. The price worked out very well for 7 of us that were staying there and would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the Algarve
