Casa Leanne is a beautiful villa built in the style of a bungalow. Luxuriously furnished to an extremely high standard complete with many designer touches. All rooms are light, bright, very modern & spacious. Bedrooms have LCD TV’s, air con/heating, & lots of wardrobe space – no living out of a suitcase here!

Keen golfers find that the location of this villa is ideal to combine both a beach and a golfing holiday, and it also works particularly well for partners and children who do not participate in the sport. Everyone can be happy! Or if you want to stay local, what could be easier than trying out the newly opened Daniel Silva Golf Academy, only 200 metres from the villa. Discounts are available at most courses, please request when booking.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Portugal -Europe's premier golf area with over 30 golf courses & more under construction. The purpose built golf resort of Villamoura with lots of great courses is approx 20 mins drive away. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted at Penina, Vila Sol and São Lourenzo, all of which are included in the list of top European championship courses. Sunny playing conditions & immaculately manicured fairways & greens are the norm in the Algarve. Salgados is the nearest course to the villa & is a compact course situated behind a long stretch of dune-backed beach. It plays very much like a Scottish links course, except the sun shines more often here. There are a lot of testing lakes, & most of the holes are near water hazards, so bring along lots of balls. In fact the proximity of the sea and the variety of lakes make this a very interesting test of golfing skills, different to other courses in the Algarve. The 6000 metre links are not very long, yet you will need all your skills to reach the greens. The accuracy of the drive is crucial for achieving good scores, thus making the course a pleasant experience, especially for technically skilled players. The 18 holes are well balanced, as each half of the course has two Par 5 holes of around 500 mtrs & two Par 3 holes of more than 170 mtrs. Par for the course is 72. Just 10mins drive is Balaia golf village with a testing 9 hole par 3 course, driving range, putting & chipping greens. Ideal for sharpening up your game!

Albufeira’s marina is only 3.5kms away. Harbouring over 400 boats and with shops, bars and restaurants this will be another popular tourist attraction. On a larger scale, visit Villamoura’s lively harbour – approx 20mins by car. Further attractions are aplenty, including Zoomarine, waterparks and Krazy world – a kiddy petting zoo and crazy golf. Approx 7kms away is Salgados golf course with many more top courses within an easy drive.

Albufeira / Montechoro area

Situated in the new area of Vale Da Pedra, and walking distance to the very popular Montechoro area of Albufeira, makes Casa Leanne an ideal base for your holiday. Close enough for sightseeing and far enough away to relax from it all. Only two hundred metres away is the newly opened Daniel Silva Golf Academy, former European Tour player and recently voted Portugal's best ever player. Approx 1km is Albufeira’s new bus station, should you want to test the local transport! And adjacent to that is the colourful twice monthly market, where you can buy anything from fresh produce to clothing and brightly painted pottery. Nearby there is a good choice of reasonably priced restaurants, with many more to suit all tastes within a leisurely walk or just a very short drive away.

Only 42kms via the A22, the new motorway from Faro airport, and ideally located approx 1km from “the strip.” where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Better known locally for its lively entertainment with lots of bars, clubs and disco’s with excellent music. A very popular area for all ages. For something more relaxing travel 2kms further on to the old town of Albufeira, with its lovely beaches, numerous shops, bars and fine restaurants. Enjoy a glass of wine in its quaint town square, listen to the pan pipes and watch the world go by - there’s always something to see. If all that is just a little too laid back for you, pick up a bargain at the beautiful leather and handicraft shops, famous for their excellent prices.

The large lounge has a wood burning fire for cosy winter evenings & three comfortable leather sofas, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV. With it’s elegant dining room & cook’s dream of a kitchen it's hard to decide “the jewel in the crown.”

Further details outdoors:
After considerable debate it has to be the outside jacuzzi! A perfect finish to end a hard day’s sunbathing! To the rear of the villa is the BBQ with dining area & further seating undercover for when the sun gets too hot. Narrow lawns to the side & a lawn to the front provide a soft play area and for your added peace of mind the pool area has been gated for the safety of your little ones. This really is a very special villa.

DVD player in lounge. Child's fold up bed can be hired at a small extra charge. Wheel chair users - Although all on the ground floor, some rooms are on different levels and accessed by one or two steps. Prefer smoking outside the villa only please. Regret no single sex bookings. We had an exceptionally lovely holiday which was in most part due to the gorgeous villa in which we stayed. Casa Leanne was truly beautiful, with everything we needed or required for us and our baby. We felt at home there from day one and also felt safe and private at the same time. We strongly feel this is an ideal place for a family holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay and Casa Leanne was a great place to stay. The villa was beautiful inside and out and once we'd brought in food and drink there was little incentive to venture further! We found that it took 15 minutes walk to reach the strip.
