About the home

Newly constructed apartment complex. Pool and tennis courts, as well as landscaped gardens. The beautiful Olhos de Agua beach is less than 300 metres away. All amenities are within walking distance. Secure complex with private car parking. Very close to golf courses.

Bathroom with bath/shower with glass screens, wc. Recessed ceiling lights.

Towels and linen are included in the price. Changed weekly. The property is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Beach towels and midweek extra linen may be available at extra cost.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Situated in the South of Portugal, this part of the territory was the last conquered from the Moors by the Portuguese king in 1292. Traces of the Moorish presence are still seen in its unique architecture - terraces, chimneys and whitewashed houses.

However, the distance that was difficult to cover back in the 13th century is no longer an obstacle thanks to the good road networks and Faro international airport. So why not visit this charming region, with its idyllic .

Temperatures which are ideal for playing golf and other sports. In the northern part of the Algarve, the hills of Espinhação de Cão, Monchique and Caldeirão shelter the coast from strong winds. This brightly coloured region, with its fig trees, orange groves and almond trees in blossom, is also the most verdant and fertile. The southern coastline consists of a long stretch of fabulous sandy beaches, broken up by extraordinary rugged cliffs and fantastic grottoes.

After landing in Faro Airport, you can get to Albufeira by car (taxi, transfer bus or rent-a-car), driving West by the EN 125 main road or the A22 freeway ("via do Infante") for about 25 Km, the road is well sign-posted making it quite easy to get there.

Car: If travelling by car from another country, coming down to the Algarve, by motorway (A2), main road (IO1) or train, you will enter straight into Albufeira, as it is the main access to the region.

Train: If you want to get to Albufeira by train, the closest stations are in the cities of Vila Real de Santo Antonio, Faro, Olhao, and Portimao.
