The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Some of the best and most beautiful beaches in the entire world are to be found in the Algarve.
Albufeira / Club Albufeira area
Many world class golf courses are within 20 to 40 minutes drive. Contact reception for fee discounts and reserved tee times. The beautiful beaches of Albufeira are only 5 minutes drive away. Free shuttle bus four times a day to the quaint Old Town, but it is still within a reasonable walking distance. Taxis to and from the old town are approx 4 euros and can be booked at reception.
There are some excellent water parks in the Algarve, all relatively close. A splendid day out for all the family.
How to get there
Faro airport is served by most budget airlines, Jet 2, EasyJet etc fly in from the majority of UK airports to the Algarve. Airport transfers can be arranged on your behalf quite easily.
Car hire is not necessary, but recommended if you are staying for more than one week or really want to appreciate what the Algarve has to offer.
The local bus service connects all the towns along the coast and inland if necessary.
