About the home

The villa is located just minutes from the strip in Montechoro yet on a very quiet and peaceful street. You can walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach and thus enjoy a truly relaxing holiday. There is no need to hire a car as all amenities are within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped with American style Fridge Freezer, washing machine, gas and electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The villa has satellite television and DVD player and clients can bring their own sky card. There is a large open fireplace for the colder winter months. The living room opens out onto the pool area which hosts a barbecue area and large table and chairs for dining outside. The pool area is absolutely stunning and set in established gardens that enjoy total seclusion. The lawned gardens surrounding the villa have areas for sunbathing. Air-conditioning is also fitted on the terrace outside. Linen and towels are provided and maid service is provided.

The villa is approximately 4,500 square feet in size. All rooms are very spacious. The living room has two sitting areas, a bar, a large mahogany dining table and chairs and a television area. Three of the bedrooms are en suite, all with shower and bath. The queen sized bedroom is situated downstairs and is suitable for wheelchair access and the elderly. There is also a separate W/C downstairs. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a large enclosed balcony which hosts a bed settee.

The outside area is completely private. Loungers and chairs are provided and there is a very large dining area at the pool.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve benefits from a wonderful climate being hot and sunny throughout the majority of the spring, summer and autumns, but retaining a cooling breeze from the Atlantic.

In winter it is generally a good deal warmer than the UK and can be positively hot by our standards, but can get quite chilly, particularly in the evenings.

The Albufeira / Montechoro area

The Algarve is famous for its golf courses, beautiful coastline and beaches. The nearest golf to the villa is the course at Salgados which is just a few minutes away. The choice of beaches is endless, from long sandy stretches backed with dunes to small rocky coves, some with little beach bars where you can have a leisurely lunch.

There are many water parks in the area, including Slide an Splash, Aqualand and Zoo Marine. Tickets are available from local shops and buses run to all the attractions many times daily from the area.

The property is strictly non smoking. No pets are allowed. 25 % deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks in advance of arrival including a refundable damage deposit of £200.

Refund policy: cancellation 4-6 weeks 50%, 2-4 weeks 25%, less than 2 weeks no refund.

The prices quoted include linen and towels changes once a week but note we do not provide beach towels.
