Located in the suburb of Olhos da Agua this modern three bedroom Townhouse has all that you could possibly wish for an enjoybale holiday. Your own private garden with BBQ, sunloungers,etc make it ideal for alfresco dining or just relaxing with your favourite book whilst soaking up the sun. The garden leads into an even larger garden area with a communal pool. As this is a small exclusive development the pool area is never overcrowded. Surrounding the pool is a wooden deck where you can enjoy sunbathing all day long. Not far is the famous beaches of Olhos da Agua and Albufeira. In the evenings a short drive will take you to the vibrant town of Albufeira with it´s enormous selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and lively nightlife. Golfers are spoilt for choice with a selection of 8 top class courses all of which are within a 20 minute drive. For a great day´s entertainment why not visit any of the water theme parks scattered along the coastline. These include Zoomarine, Aqua Show, Slide & Splash,etc.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve, in southern Portugal, is one of Europe’s most popular coastal holiday destinations. Tastefully furnished with all that you could expect from top rated accommodation.Spacious bedrooms leading onto their own private terraces overlooking the pool and garden. The lounge with separate dining area is nicely furnished with comfortable sofas in which to relax after a day out in the sun. The kitchen has a built in granite breakfast table when you can enjoy chatting over a glass of wine whilst preparing that gourmet meal. Fully airconditioned throughout which means that in the summer you will be kept nice and cool and during the cooler winter months you can enjoy a comfortbale indoor temperature.

The private garden is secure with a gate which leads into the communal garden and pool area. Within the private garden there are sunloungers where you can enjoy the glorious sunshine which is so typical of the Algarve. As most of the time guests enjoy being outdoors the built in BBQ is ideal for preparing those delicious lunches and dinners accompanied by good local wines and fresh garden salads. When the sunsets no better place to be than on the patio or terrace with a glass of your favourite refreshment chatting to friends and family or even socialising with the other guests in the development.

Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utlity charges.
Clients must provide their own beach towels.
Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
The accommodation reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
-Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
An administration fee will be charged on all refunds

A refundable damage deposit of 200 €, is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.
