Each level has its own terrace where you can suntan, absorb the view and enjoy the long lazy sunny afternoons. The location of the villa is such that it is close enough for guests to participate in the vibrant night-life which Albufeira has to offer yet far enough not to be disturbed by it.There is small commercial centre about 500m from the villa which includes cafes, hairdresser, drycleaners, etc Not far is the ECO friendly park and the Albufeira indoor swimming pool complex.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Further details indoors: This multi storey villa has loads of living space and with the four bedrooms split on two levels is ideal for two families sharing. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped it is adjoined by the laundry area which also provides access to the swimming pool and BBQ. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms have their own bathrooms and therefore completely private from one another. They also have private terraces where you can sit whilst reading you favourite book in the basking sunshine and not be disturbed
Further details outdoors: The property is fully walled with a gate. Landscaped garden with colourful flowers surround the villa. The private swimming pool is alongside the paved alfresco dining area with BBQ and outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. There are sun loungers for guests to soak up the sun all day long

Welcome packs, airport transfers (max 4 persons), babycot hire,etc is all available on request. Guests will be required to pay in cash (or credit card) a breakage deposit on arrival of €200.00. This will be refunded (subject to there being no damages or breakages) 10 days after departure

Conditions Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
2. Clients must provide their own beach towels.
3. Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
4. Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
5.Villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
6. The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
7. Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
8. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
9. Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
-Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows: Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit 7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost 5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost 4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost An administration fee will be charged on all refunds
10. A refundable damage deposit of 200 €, is payable in cash upon your balance. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return if there is no damage to the property.

Guestbook for Luxury Villa in Albufeira
“Had a wonderful time in this house”
My sister her husband and children decided to join my husband and I with our two children on a holiday to Albufira Portugal. Firstly sharing the cost of the rental was a massive saving aside from that we have children ranging in ages from 2 yrs to 14 yrs, so lotte 33 Quinte de Enfante ticked all the boxes. The pool was fenced in with locks on the gates around the pool and also the main entrance. At least we could relax when the little ones were running around. There was air-con in every room, which made it so comfortable and we BBQ-ed on the beautiful terrace most nights. As a real sun worshiper I have to mention the roof terrace, which not only has a view of the sea but also is a great spot to sunbathe.
