About the home

This apartment is new for this year and has been built to a very high standard comprising of landscaped gardens cascasding pools on a gated private complex.The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and has a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher,washing machine .The living room consists of 2 sofas one being a sofa bed and there is a large flatscreen tv with cable/satellite,dvd player and a private balcony .The bedroom has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes and leads onto the balcony that has a table and chairs with their own sunloungers.The apartment also has air conditioning through out.There is an infinity pool and child pool on the complex with supplied sun loungersThe complex offers total privacy for the romantic relaxing vacation or a short walk to the beach for the water sports active holiday.The 4* hotel Cerro Mar Garden which iallows our guests to use their facilities pool,tennis courts,gym,sauna,and restaurant is only 10 metres from the complex entrance.Outside the entrance is a small supermarket open most of the year around.

The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the algarve and is golden sand and you can hire sunloungers and parasols.

All our guests can use the hotel and its facilities and is only 10 metres away and is a 4 * hotel being completed in 2008.
The facilities consist of Gym,pool,tennis courts,sauna,restaurant and bar.

A deposit required on booking of 30% and the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival payment can be by credit card or bank transfer. A security deposit is required on entry returned on exit provided no breakages.
We can supply on demand a welcome pack for late arrivals and cots ,high chairs at an extra cost.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The algarve has over 100 miles of golden sandy beaches and most of the larger ones have lifeguard patrols through out the summer months.All the beaches are free to use apart from a small charge for hiring sun loungers and parasols.The bigger beaches also have bars,cafes and restaurants on offering excellent food and cold drinks through out the day and late into the evening.The area is also known for its weather which has over 300 days a year sunshine giving a good climate for most of the year.

The algarve has plenty of bars,cafes,restaurants and night clubs to suit all ages with live entertainment freely available.The region can offer either the romantic holiday or the active vacation its your choice.

The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area

The main area to visit first is the old town with is cafes,restaurants and bars surrounding the central square which is typically portuguese ,but the restaurants are from all over the world blending in with the typical portuguese restaurants.The main beach is called fishermans beach and through out the year has live entertainment from numerious groups and bands all free to see.The central part of the old town dates back over 300 years and still has the quaint houses and building surrounding the square.The old square offers through out the summer months live entertaianment from around the world and suits all agesThe famous strip in the new part of albufeira is more modern in its bars ,restaurants and evening entertainment with night clubs and discos.The Zoo Marine with its interactive dolphins and water slides is only a 5 minute drive away but is supplied by its own bus service.

The largest water park in the algarve called aqualand is just outside albufeira and is open from march to october.The village of Pera holds a sand festival every year starting in june ending in October artists from all over the world attend designing sand features and is 7 euros entrance and is open until 10.00pm.

The marina offers daily boat trips from dolphin watching to just cruising along the algarve coast and deep sea fishing for shark or Merlin.The largest shopping mall is based in guia and can be accessed by a free bus service it has over 100 shops bars ,cafes,restaurants and a cinema with English films.
