About the home

A one bedroom apartment furnished to high standards with a fully fitted kitchen which includes a diswaher,washing machine oven and hob.The bedroom has twin beds and leads onto the private balcony and has fully fitted wardrobes.The living room consists of a dining area with seating for 4 people and a double sofa that is a sofa bed there is a coffee table a large flat screen tv with cable/satellite with a mixture of english and european channels. The apartment has air conditioning through out and a shower over a bath in the bathroom.The complex pool is a infinity pool and has a childs pool and supplys sun loungers although the apartment has sun loungers on its balcony .The apartment is located in a quiet area but only moments away from the old town square and all its bars,cafes,restaurants .The complex is very private and gated with key entry only .This apartment offers both the romantic holiday or the active vacation with the beach offering all water sports.The 4 *cerro mar garden hotel allows our guests to use all its facilities such as gym,sauna,tennis courts,pools,restaurants and bar with it being 10 metres away.
Outside the complex there is a small supermarket open most of the year supplying all you need for food.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The algarve has over 100 miles of golden sandy beaches and most of the large ones have lifeguard patrols through out the summer.The beaches are free to use apart from a small charge for the hire of the sunloungers and parasols and the beach bars offer excellent food and cold drinks.

The algarve is also known for its good weather and it has about 300 days a year sunshine .

The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area

Albufeira is known for its nightlife offering bars,cafes,clubs to suit all ages and restaurants from all over the world like Chinese, French, Italian,Spanish ,Indian etc.Albufeira old town dates back 300 years and still has the quaint houses and restaurants surrounding the edges of the square.The old town attracts live entertainment from around the world and suits all ages and goes on until late in the year.Fishermans beach is the most famous beach in portugal and the algarve through out the year live bands and groups play free with the bars serving excellent food and cold drinks.The beach is a 5 minute walk from the complex is golden sand in colour and stretches for miles and you can find most water sports along its length,you can also hire sun loungers and parasols for a small charge. The new marina is only a 10 minute walk from the complex and holds over 600 boats and has plenty of cafes,bars,restaurants and a night club.The famous Zoo Marine with its interactive dolphins and water slides is a short bus ride away and is supplied by its own free bus service.The nearest water park is aqualand and its the largest in Portugal open from march to October it also has a free bus service.

The marina has daily boat trips all along the coast either dolphin watching or power boat trips or just fishing for your supper.There is a weekly market for fresh food or for the holiday gifts all at low prices.

The new part of albufeira called the strip has over 200 bars cafes and restaurants with a couple of night clubs its a must see trip.
Each year there is a sand festival held in a small village called Pera and artists from all around the world sculpture gigantic sand designs from march to october 7 days a week.

“Quality apartment, ideally situated, keenly priced.” This was definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in containing all you would require for an enjoyable self-catering holiday. The service and site amenities were excellent. The apartment was ideally situated,being only 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and beaches and only 10 minutes walk from a new LIDL supermarket. The 2 on-site swimming pools were spotless and ideal for both adults and children. There was nothing we disliked about this holiday and we are intent on booking again. Response: We get plenty of guests returning every year as the apartment is located on an excellent complex close to all amenities
