Casa Vida is a new, attractive, family villa comprising of 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning/heating and en suite facilities. (A further double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom are situated on another level.) The villa has many modern appliances, a games room, Sky TV, filtered drinking water, electric security shutters, private gardens and pool and many more features that will make your holiday both enjoyable and memorable.
The large patio/terrace area, with built in brick BBQ is perfect for alfresco dining, chilling and sunbathing. Along with the beautifully landscape private gardens, there is a large 10 x 5m pool, a separate 3 x 3m children’s pool and outdoor shower facilities.
Casa Vida offers security by electric window shutters and an alarm system to the property.
There is a roof terrace which boasts fantastic 360 degree views and also offers a very secluded spot for sunbathers.
The Games room is situated on the lower level and consists of a pool table and a football games machine.
Car hire is not necessary as the villa has everything one would wish for and a home from home feel. It also has the added benefit of being located on the poplular Club Albufeira complex, with its 4 communal pools, 4 bar/restaurants, children's park, supermarket and also guests staying on the complex have full use of all the facilities at the nearby camping Albufeira.
The Clube also run a free shuttle bus to the 'Old Town' twice a day.

Casa Vida is a really impressive villa – There is a superbly equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, pool and patio area. The kitchen is fitted with an American fridge/freezer dispensing drinking water, cubed and crushed ice. (Drinking water is filtered, so no lugging around bottles of water from the supermarket), a built in oven and microwave, cooker hob with halogen, induction and gas rings, a sink/drainer, also with fresh filtered drinking water, washing machine and a dishwasher, Kettle, toaster, coffee machine, citrus press, sandwich maker and plenty of pots, pans, plastic patio cups/plates.
In the kitchen, there is also an ipod docking station, a wall mounted plasma portable TV and a stable door leading to the terrace/patio area.
Double glass doors lead from the hallway into: The dining area, with consists of a large oak dining table to seat eight, side table and patio doors leading onto the patio.
In the Lounge and Sitting area there are reclining leather sofas and chairs, a coffee table and a double sided fire, a 42” wall mounted plasma TV with Sky, a Nintendo Wii, a DVD/Video player, games and video. Patio doors lead onto the patio area.
There is a downstairs cupboard and a groundfloor clockroom consisting of a WC, bidet, and washbasin.
Also from the hallway is a ground floor bedroom consisting of a super king size bed (6ft), ceiling fan, patio doors with Juliet balcony, cupboard. En suite facilities include his and hers washbasins, vanity unit, mirror, bidet, WC, double walk in shower.
The first floor consists of the master bedroom with a superking bed (6ft), portable plasma wall mounted TV, with built in DVD player: an archway leading to the dressing room, hairdryer and en suite facilities include, jazuzzi bath, his and hers washbasins and vanity unit, mirror, WC, bidet and shower.
From the two sets of patio doors in the master bedroom you have access to a large private terrace overlooking the garden, pool area and panaromic views of the valley.
Bedroom 2 on the first floor consists of a super king sized bed and en suite facilities include, WC, washbasin, bidet and shower.
Bedroom 3 on the first floor consists of 2 single beds, en suite facilities include, WC, washbasin, bidet and shower.
On the lower level there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The games room is also on the lower level, which consists of a pool table and a football games machine.
All the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, bedside lamps and clock alarms. The ground foor and first foor bedrooms have air-conditioning. The lower level bedrooms have stand alone fans.
On the gallery landing there is also access to the roof top with its spectacular views across the valley, the Clube and Albufeira.

10 x 5 (1.55m - 0.8m) pool with cover and a 3 x 3 children's pool (0.55m) attached. Childs pool has a seating area all around. Please note the pool is not fenced off.

Airport transfers can be arranged at an extra cost of 50euros for up to 8 passengers and 100 euros for up to 14 passengers.
Car hire can also be arranged for collection at Faro airport and left there after your departure.
There is a cot and a highchair in the villa free of charge.
The villa is equipped with many children's toys/puzzles/books/bats and balls/footballs/buckets and spades, board games and lego.
Welcome packs can be arranged for your arrival at an additional cost.

Established attractions such as Zoomarine / Splash and Slide / Aqualand / Bellavista / are all within easy reach and the club reception can offer a very wide range of excursions if required. (horse riding, gokarting)
Just over 5min drive away is the ALGARVE shopping centre with its hypermarket, numerous shops, cinema, bowling and restaurants. (The cinema is in English with Portuguese subtitles).

Villa was beautiful with everything you could ask for - plenty of toys for children of all ages for use both outdoors and in. Facilities were excellent, very clean and modern. Large kitchen aswell as a bbq. Filtered water very handy! Part of a large complex with four other pools to which you have access although the villa was so lovely, we didn't tend to move from our private pool very much! 2 toddlers loved the childrens pool - ideal! Restaurants on the complex were good and you are only a short taxi ride away from Albufeira Old Town where there is plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. |

Anyday arrival, we aim to be flexible and match your requirements where we can.
Payment in pounds sterling, by cheque or bank transfer
Deposit of 15% required to secure your booking, with balance due 8weeks before arrival date. (Deposit forfeited if booking cancelled within 12 weeks of departure).
£400 security deposit is required against possible damage etc, this is refunded after inspection and cleaning. Security deposit is banked and is payable with the balance and will be refunded 5-7 days after departure.
Villa is available from 5pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure, to allow cleaning/preparation for the next guests (again we can be flexible and will aim to have the villa ready for your arrival).
Minimum stay 7 days
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN POOL & BEACH TOWELS.
