About the home

Villa Conn situated in a quiet part at the quaint Portuguese village of Paderne. However only a small drive away is the larger resort of Albuefeira ,many beaches to explore or for shopaholics The Algarve Shopping Centre.

Villa Conn is perfect for either families as it is situated in a very safe development or for friends wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday with nearby amenities such as a choice of bars in walking distance.

Conditions

A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is to be paid in conjunction with final balance payment. This will be refunded up to 10 days after your departure ( subject to a satisfactory property inspection) .
A non refundable deposit of 10% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. 40% is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period and the remaining 50% is sue 2 weeks before the rental period..

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve can be visited all year around as it has plenty of sunshine ,golf courses ,beaches, walks bars and restaurants. Great for families as lots to see and explore with the mountains of Monchique to the fort in Silves. Lisbon only 2 and a half hours drive away and Spain an hour away.

The Albufeira / Paderne area

Paderne is a typical Portuguese village that has lots of restaurants cafes and bars. Lots of walks and the remains of a 12th Century castle. It also has a chemist small supermarket church newsagent post office and bank.

We have stayed in this villa both in the winter and summer. The accommodation is bright clean and spacious and the patio is a real sun trap! "I can thoroughly recommend this lovely villa after spending a fabulous week there in September 2008. The villa itself is spacious and beautifully finished to a standard that you will rarely find on the Algarve. The shared pool is only 25-30 feet from the villa so not having a pool of its own is no problem. Six of us shared with no feeling of being in any way cramped or overcrowded.
The location is great with the picturesque village of Paderne just a short walk away. There is a wide selection of restaurants in the vicinity although only 2 or 3 are within walking distance. You won't manage without a car unless you really like your own company and in no circumstances try and find your own way there from the airport without Satnav! The owners will arrange a pick up and you can hire a car from nearby. Once you are mobile you have the best of both worlds as you can enjoy the tranquility of a base in the hills with access to the coast, golf courses etc. only 20 minutes away if all the tourist stuff floats your boat. All in all a splendid base for a relaxing and enjoyable break." Jeremy Gold
