There is a sheltered balcony off the kitchen equipped with clothes horse ideal for drying clothes. The balcony off the living room has outdoor table and chairs ideal for sitting out in the evening.
For the kids there is a little play area with crazy golf. The famous restaurant area at the strip is just five mins walk away and the nearest beaches at Santa Eulalia and Praia d'Oura are just 15mins by foot. The tourist train also takes you to Fisherman's beach in the Old Town.
The Old Town with its narrow streets and typical Portuguese architecture offers a pletora of exciting restaurants offering traditional Portuguese food to excellent Indians.There are at least 10 championship golf courses within 15 mins drive away.
For days when the beach or swimming pool is not an option the Zoomarine, Water parks and the shoppers paradise at The Algarve shopping centre are 10 mins drive away. For those with a car who enjoy a day trip Seville and lisbon are only 2hrs away on the motorway.

The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area
Albufeira is in the heart of the Algarve and is only a 30 minute drive to the airport at Faro and 30 minutes to the marina at Vilamoura. There are over twenty golden sandy beaches in the Albufeira area. The Old Town In Albufeira is full of restaurants, bars and shops with the Fisherman's beach within a two minutes walk from its centre.
"The strip", area which is also busy with restaurants and bars leads to the Oura beach, another beautiful golden beach in the centre of the town.
Both the marinas at Albufeira and Vilamoura are ideal places for a coffee or special meal while watching the activity in the water! There are plenty of boat trips and water activities to pursue including jet skiing and dolphin watching.
The water parks such as Aquashow and Aqualand, Slide and Splash and the educational Zoomarine with dolphins, sharks, seals and tropical fish are ideal places to take the children.
The many golf courses within a 15 mins drive from Albufeira include Vila Sol, Pinhal, Salgados, Vilamoura Academy, Sheraton Pine Cliffs, Victoria, Quinta De Lago, Vale De Lobo Ocean, Millenium and Belaia par 3.
For those who want to venture on a day trip, Lisbon, Fatima and Seville are two hours away on the motorway!

I stayed in the apartment with my wife in Sept 2012.This apartment is perfect for all ages.The pool is at end of the complex so although you can see it you dont hear any of the noise coming from it.The pool area is really safe and perfect for young children.The apartment is modern and spacious with balcony front and back. The area is lovely and quiet and in walking distance to all amenities.I would certainly recommend this apartment for a holiday .We are actually going back in June.

I travelled with my young family to Albufeira and we had an amazing week in the sun! This apratment is very comfortably furnished, had everything we needed and is ideal for a family. We were close to the pool and all the shops and restaurants which made our holiday very pleasant. It was also a pleasure to deal with the owner who was extremely efficent and looked after all our needs. Would defintely recommend this as a holiday destination!

We are a family of 4 and stayed in this apartment in the Corcovada complex for 2 weeks. The apartment was modern, clean and had everything you could possibly need. It is situated very close to all amenities and yet far away enough that you are not bothered by the night life of Albufeira.
Beach, and strip are within walking distance-I was 7 months pregnant and the only taxi I got was to and from the airport so everything really it is in walking distance.
