New 2-bedroom luxurious & beautifully furnished 1+1 apartment with air con, Brazilian hardwood floors and fully tiled bathroom with vanity unit and mirror. Near Albufeira centre, & only 2 mins away from the Globes roundabout & Bullring, the apartment overlooks the sites largest shared adult & child pools in a gated condominium that features beautifully landscaped areas planted in shrubs & trees.

All south facing, the spacious main bedroom, lounge/dining area and kitchen are bathed in sunlight, & include patio doors with electrically operated shutters.

Stylish kitchen fitted with Danish HTH units, marble worktops & Siemens appliances add to the quality, and the apartment has cool basement parking with lift access.

This fabulous holiday development is superbly located close to fine sandy beaches (Praia da Oura only 20mins away), bars, restaurants, the Old Town & golf courses, yet Faro airport is only 40 mins away.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this luxurious, air conditioned, spacious and comfortable 1+1 apartment. Furnished to a very high standard, it has 3 separate balconies overlooking the main pool area.

There is a 4-seater sofa bed and a leather tub chair giving seating for 5, and dining is for 6. For entertainment there is a 32' LCD TV, DVD/CD player & a selection of DVDs.

The separate kitchen area is fully equipped with all amenities.

The fully tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity unit & mirror, and an over-door heater.

Each bedroom has 2 single beds & a double, fitted slide-door wardrobe with drawers.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or young family, and a cot and high chair may be available on request. Please bring your own beach towels. Low cost airport transfers available.

Owner has similar apartment 2B above - ideal for family or friends holidaying together.

30% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. £150 damage deposit also required - refundable two weeks after last day in apartment if no damage.

Damage in excess of this deposit will be payable by the renter. For bookings within six weeks of the start date, full payment within 5 days by bank transfer will be required.

Please note that an end of stay cleaning and laundry charge of £45 applies to all bookings. Optional welcome pack and mid-stay clean & linen change available.

Cancellation. If a cancellation is necessary after paying your deposit or after full payment has been made for the cost of the holiday, the following terms of cancellation apply:
42 - 29 days = loss of 50% of holiday cost plus full deposit
28 - 22 days = loss of 60% of holiday cost plus full deposit
21 - 7 days = loss of 75% of holiday cost plus full deposit
7 days or less = loss of 100% of holiday cost plus full deposit

The very lively “Strip”, as it is referred to locally, in the east of the town, runs from the Montechoro Hotel down to the Praia da Oura, and is lined with dozens of cafes, restaurants and bars. In contrast, the Old Town of Albufeira has a special charm all of its own.

This simply is a first class apartment. We can honestly say that this is by far the best holiday apartment we have stayed in throughout the years - Kev & Lorna, Scotland, May '09

Great complex overall and these two particular apartments were in the perfect location, facing the main pool and very well furnished and tastefully decorated. We rented both apartments for a group of 7 and everything we needed was catered for - Rosh, London, May 09

The apartment is exactly as described. It is in a prime location with three lovely balconies overlooking the pool. The kitchen has all that you would need although we chose to eat out at in the evening. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. My sister and myself booked both apartments for our two families and they exceeded our expectations.
Over looking the pools they are in prime position,so spacious with 3 balconies and all you could ask for in facilities.Needless to say we had a wonderful time. The location is great too with only a short walk to all night life and beaches - Christine & Malcolm, Tyne & Wear, August '08
